What is experiential travel? 

Experiential travel (also called Immersion travel) means that you focus on experiencing a country, city, or place by meaningfully engaging with its history, people, culture, food, and environment. 

Through this type of travel, you get to learn about a different place, its customs, and the type of people who live there. You get to experience something different than your home country.  

It can be a very transformative type of travel, because you learn that we are all more alike than we are different, no matter where we live in the world. 

 

Adventure and experiential travel are my favorite types of trips to plan, because I love to see how travel can transform people and their lives!

Memorable Girls Trip to Ireland

Working with Malory was a dream! She listened to our trip goals and made it even better. Her suggestions were some of our favorite moments. She also worked within our budget! She prepared us for everything before we left...currency, customs, driving trips, airport transfers, etc. I always felt empowered and knew what my next steps were ,which made the trip all the more enjoyable. I am extremely intimidated by planning international travel for my family of 6, and because of this I have not travelled internationally since having children. When my four children expressed interest in visiting London and Japan, I contacted Malory for a consultation to help me plan the trip for my family. Malory made the entire planning experience stress-free by suggesting the number of days to spend in each city, transportation, accommodations, activities, and dining options. Each one of my children had specific requests for things that they wanted to see and do, and Malory found something for everyone. Los Angeles Getaway
Malory helped plan a trip for me and a friend to Los Angeles, CA. Since she had been there it was incredibly helpful consulting her on where to stay and what to do! She suggested a hostel, which I had never stayed in, and it ended up being awesome! We ended up doing one of the tours with the hostel to the Hollywood sign which I didn’t know hostels put together things like that! She definitely helped open my eyes to places besides just hotel rooms. She also helped plan our days at Universal Studios. She had already been there and knew what kind of pass we needed to buy, and what time we should arrive. And what rides to go to first!
