The last time I was in Disney was two years ago. With Gretchen able to visit all the places in real time, she knows the ins and outs of what’s going on ... great for planning our trip! I’ve followed her Instagram and FB to know of great places to stop in Disney Springs, too ... there are new shops since I was there last! I have other friends who plan these trips, but they don’t live and breathe it like Gretchen. She definitely has a leg up with being able to visit so frequently. I can’t wait to visit Epcot and Disney Springs while staying at the Yacht Club!

From the moment we decided to take a trip and contacted Gretchen, she was right there with all the information. She was patient with us and took time to answer all our questions, and taught us the ins and outs of getting around Disney World. Gretchen made planning our Disney trip a breeze! She was so helpful and always willing to take a call (even late at night after the kiddos being surprised were in bed). She booked our meals weeks in advance, and all we had to do was show up! I texted her mid trip to ask where she found those delicious beignets, and she was quick to give me directions. She truly made this trip so easy and makes me want to do it again sooner than later. Anniversary Trip to Jamaica

Disney World - All that we had hoped for and more!

My biggest hang up with Disney was the worry, will it be worth the cost?!? With Gretchen at Travelmation by our side, I can confidently say YES! She made navigating the parks seem less! The hotel package exceeded our expectations and we loved having a spacious suite for our family of 5. Staying at a Disney hotel was worth it. The facilities were great, transportation to and from the parks was so easy and the included early entry to the parks was awesome! Gretchen’s scheduling of our Lightning Lanes and coaches is what stood out the most in receiving her services. We were able to capitalize on so many more rides, truly getting our moneys worth on this trip taken during Spring break busyness. When I needed clarifications while in the parks, Gretchen answered them super fast and throughly. She even gave us a Starbucks gift card to kick our vacation off! I would recommend Gretchen’s services to anyone, hands down!

Working with a travel agent for Disney is a MUST! This is our third trip booked with Gretchen and we couldn’t imagine it any other way. With her being local, she is always in the know with tips and tricks for planning a family vacation because there are always changes being made to the parks. Her assistance with the booking of dining and lightening lanes, a comprehensive packing list, and all the things to consider for travel helps tremendously. We surprised our kids with a Disney cruise and Gretchen was a huge reason this trip was even possible! I’m not the best planner or traveler and she booked and scheduled everything she could for us and then walked me through step by step the things that she could not actually do for us. Alaskan Dream Cruise

Gretchen is INCREDIBLE. She booked our entire Alaskan cruise adventure- including flights, pre cruise hotel stay and transportation to and from the port. When we OVERSLEPT and missed our flight on Day 1, Gretchen was up communicating with the cruise line and booking us new flights within minutes. I hadn’t been to Disney in a few years and so much had changed. Gretchen planned an incredible little getaway and for us and walked me through everything. She works with your budget and was able to present me with multiple options. She knows how to find the best deals and knows all the promotions going on at Disney. Our family traveled to Universal to experience Harry Potter World - for the first time in 15 years. Gretchen navigated all the discounts and deals, park entrances requirements and perks, and hotel and travel accommodations. She offered insight and tips that allowed us to enjoy every moment of our trip. There is a lot to navigate and learn about these parks. Gretchen provided a clear path through everything Universal, and as a result we spent our time enjoying ourselves from the get go rather than figuring out water taxis, wand selections, and where to eat.
Once our trip was underway, Gretchen kept in touch with rapid response and support. She made same day dining reservations for us. She also expertly advised us on extra offers the hotel made after we arrived.

Stop what you are doing and book Gretchen NOW. We absolutely could not have navigated our Disney trip this past February without Gretchen. We were a large group of 12 people, all of who had different lightning lanes, different reservations and we were sometimes at different parks on the same day. It was a lot to coordinate! Gretchen was extremely thorough and helpful from our very first planning session, to our final flight home. She checked in on us while we were at the parks and it always felt like she was there to help us in real time if we needed assistance. We had wanted to take a trip with our three adult kids and their spouses coming from four different cities. We realized quickly that 'wanting' and actually 'doing' are two different things! Gretchen is nothing short of magic herself, our own personal Vacation Fairy Godmother, who has set the stage for the most beautiful memories for our family. She is thoughtful, thorough and reliable. Gretchen planned not just one...but two trips for our family! The first one was an all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic....which I'm sure would have been wonderful if we went (but due to COVID, etc. we had to cancel). She was so great when we gave her the bad news about canceling, and so genuinely sad for our family. Then...we rescheduled our trip for the last two weeks of July - this time to Hawaii!!! Gretchen was amazing!!! We had only been to Disney World once before when my special-needs daughter was an infant. This trip I needed more guidance as things have changed over the years. Gretchen was extremely helpful in helping me understand the DAS pass and how it could be used in conjunction with Fast Pass Lightening Lane, and also walking me through Genie +. I was feeling overwhelmed and did not like the thought of having our trip feel so “scheduled”. Gretchen was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She messaged me back even when she was on vacation herself. She made sure I had tons of resources to help make our family trip to Disney the best experience we could have. She even took my call mid trip to help with an issue I ran into! I can’t say enough good things about how helpful she was! We will be using her again and will tell all my friends and family that are planning to travel to use her! The small details from sending cookies to our room and a card after we got home did not go unnoticed! Great experience for us with our first family vacation! She also had to navigate 10 of us and she helped make that possible in our budgets as well!

Gretchen is incredible. From the beginning stages of planning to during our trip, she was more than willing to help. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all things Disney and supported us in making the most of our time. She was able to score us two memorable Disney experiences (Cinderella’s Royal Table & Tusker House) and an incredible Mermaid themed room ( Art of Animation). The memories that we made our priceless. I had never been to Disney and even the thought of going overwhelmed me. I had NO idea where to start. Gretchen held my hand through the entire process and made it so easy! We did so much more than we ever would have because of all of her knowledge and tips (and spent less than I thought we would have too ????). She absolutely made the trip for us ?? Gretchen made all my daughters dreams come true! I’m not a vacation planner. I’m a vacation relaxer, so when my daughter really wanted to go to Disney World, I dreaded the thought. Then comes Gretchen. She booked everything, planned everything, and prepared/ taught me everything DISNEY! We had the absolutes best Disney vacation, did everything we wanted to do, and it ALL went so smoothly! I was actually able to have a relaxing Disney vacation. Who knew? Gretchen did an amazing job planning a last minute trip to Disney World for my family. She was able to work her magic and make all our dreams come true, right down to a perfect birthday dinner at Cinderella’s castle for my little girl. A reservation I know I never could have gotten on my own! She was attentive, extremely helpful with her suggestions, and made a crazy trip (bad flights, extreme weather, pandemic) our best Disney vacation yet. She really was our personal fairy godmother!
