Naseem made planning our Disneyland trip SO EASY on me! There's a lot to know, and not being a Disney connoisseur myself or having time to spend hours researching, I appreciated Naseem handling our hotel, park, and meal reservations without me having to do a thing. Planning and booking travel accommodations has more than late been very stressful and time consuming. Working with Naseem has really helped alleviate this headache altogether. We had engaged Naseem to help us plan our Disney trip for a group of 15 people, ranging from toddlers to grandparents. We had an idea of where we wanted to stay, our dates, and park tickets. But Naseem guided us through the pre-booking process, and even did all of our pre-bookings for us. She got us BBB reservations for our entire group of 7 kids! She got us CRT dining for a group of 15, Chef Mickey's for the whole group, and numerous different dining reservations. Then came the Lightning Lanes. Not only did she get us absolutely everything we asked for in pre-selection, but then in the park when we had trouble booking a new LL after scanning into one, she took right over and the whole trip we just let her know which LLs we'd like next, and like magic, she booked them for us. We seriously got to ride every single ride at the park that we hoped to ride, including all the top rides and ILLs too. We left nothing on the table, all thanks to Naseem!

Naseem was on top of every aspect of our trip. She had options and answers for all topics. She was thorough with responses and generous with her time. This trip wouldn’t have been half as good as it was without her help.

Our trip was originally scheduled for December, but we had a family emergency and Naseem handled changing our plans seamlessly. She took the stress and the worry out of it, and even ended up saving us money! Beyond that, her planning and attention to detail made our trip to Disney absolutely perfect! I've never worked with a travel agent before, and Naseem delivered! I felt like she was our secret weapon, in the wings to help plan the little details that add up to a memorable family trip. For Universal we stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel. We the short walk to USF and Islands of Adventure, and the Priority Dining made it easy to book restaurants. HRH was clean and convenient, plus the staff was helpful and professional. We had a standard two-queen room. We could hear our neighbor in the connecting room a lot -- but I found that at every hotel we stayed with on the trip. Thankfully Naseem had booked the Express Pass at Epic Universal in advance as they were sold out and the waits for the rides were all 100 minutes +. We got a Lyft to Epic and the shuttle home, it was easy. We managed to get a King room -- they originally placed us in a two-Queen) at the Yacht Club Resort with an upgrade to water view which was absolutely delightful. We loved being able to walk and water taxi to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The rooms were newly refreshed and clean and comfortable, however the bathroom was quite small. The Grand Floridian couldn't place us in a King room -- they told us the entire hotel only had 13 King rooms and the only way to guarantee a King was a King-Room club suite) at the Grand Floridian. The rooms have been newly redecorated and were beautiful! There was a double vanity in the sink and a tub which was nice, and it was more nicely laid out than the Yacht Club room, however while the space-saving pocket doors are convenient they don't shield sound well. We were placed right next to the elevator, which was noisy, but we were there only two nights. It was nice to be so close to the Magic Kingdom -- the monorail and water taxis were easy. The Grand Floridian Cafe was delicious with a good menu. We were well-prepared for the trip due to my pre-meetings with Naseem. So glad we got the Memory Maker, we are still laughing over the photos.

We could not be more pleased with Naseem’s support on our recent trip to Disney World to celebrate my daughter’s 10th birthday. She provided all the information we needed to plan a wonderful trip. Naseem helped us plan a Disneyland trip for a family with 8 people- 4 adults, 1 teenager, 2 kids, and a baby. We stayed at the Element by Westin Anaheim and had a wonderful stay; the hotel was perfect for our family and within walking distance of the park (a little less than a mile)! We chose to do a Parade dining experience with the Plaza, the World of Color dessert party, and a character breakfast, and loved them all! Naseem was also super helpful the day we did the character breakfast, as we got a bit delayed in security, and she helped assure me everything would be okay, and it was! I can't say enough about Naseem Khonsari. This was my 1st time using a travel agent and wow if I had known what I knew back then, I would have taken that route. She has saved me so much time in making my Disney World trip magical. She made several suggestions on restaurants, events that the park offers, and hotel stays. She even offers a service seven days before your trip, to get the lighting passes you desire, if they are available. She then makes all these reservations for you and details everything you will be doing each day which you can download and bring with you or review before you go. She is very detailed on each day with times of dinner, events, park openings, and closings. She even programs your magic bands so you don't have to. We communicated everything through email and she always answered me within hours of my email if not minutes at times. She also gives you her number in case you need to talk to her live although I never had to as she was so detailed with everythi

Naseem was so fast and professional and made is so clear at every step along the way that she actually cares about giving you the best vacation of your life! Naseem is amazing! She had our family spring break trip planned to Disney World, including all of our first choice dining reservations. She found a better price/room and easily upgraded us for only $25 more. We then sadly had to cancel & reschedule. After rescheduling, she had to assist us in replacing one of the travelers in our group last minute. Naseem quickly worked her magic to make the swap happen seemlessly.

When researching resorts, she provided many different options based on different price points. Her communications and recommendations prior to the trip were great. Naseem helped us plan our first Disneyworld trip. I was very nervous to make this trip with a 5 year old and 1 year old, but we had a great time thanks to Naseem. Naseem is a wonder partner to have for planning and booking our travels, be it for a road trip into the mountains, a trip to Disneyland, or even an epic trip to Egypt to see the pyramids and Abu Simbel!

There are so many things to consider for a Disney vacation (especially when young kids are involved), having someone who understands the park and surrounding area makes a huge difference. From ride selection, to securing reservations, to avoiding long lines, to eating the best meals, Naseem made sure our family had the best possible experience at Disneyland.

Naseem went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that we were well-prepared for this trip and had the absolute best time. We were a group of ten: grandparents, parents, and kids ages 4-14.
