Disney during Covid

Kimberly has helped us plan our 2nd trip to walt disney world. It happened to be during the pandemic which was actually truly a blessing. We had to reschedule our trip twice, make reservations for things, cancel, rebook. She spent I'm sure hours on the phone doing everything for us, which was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. She went above and beyond with gift baskets and special gifts for my kids when our trip kept getting rescheduled. We will be using her in the future for sure for upcoming trips to Disney and elsewhere!

Kim was wonderful. She took the time to make sure everything we wanted was happening. She was always checking in to make sure we were doing alright while we were on our trip. Will for sure be using her again!

The Greatest Disney Trip EVER

Kim was so amazing to work with! She was easy to reach when I had questions, went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, and checked in often to see if there was anything else she could do. She was everything I would want in a travel agent and more! I will 100% be using her again for future travel :)
Knowing that I had an expert on all things Disney was a huge relief. She was able to help schedule experiences/meals, made sure my park reservations were taken care of, and that our transportation to and from the airport was all set up. She also helped with little tidbits of things to do and try while there which was very much appreciated and welcomed!
