Dustie recently assisted us with our family vacation to Universal Studios - Orlando. We reached out to her to inquire about in-property accommodations. The information and service she was able to provide was crucial in our decision, to include a great quote. She not only expeditiously booked us, but when my mother decided to join us in our trip (and subsequently needed a second room), Dustie acted fast and arranged for an adjoining room …needless to say, Grandma was well taken care! Dustie was always very prompt in getting back to us, and patiently answered all if our questions. She continued to provide us up-to-date park information and guidance leading up to our trip…information that played critical to our overall wonderful experience. Dustie was amazing! This was our 5th trip to Disney, but our first time using an agent. I will FOREVER use Dustie to plan our future trips!
