Cathy is a great person to entrust with your travel plans! We had some personal issues and she was already trying to help us resolve them before we even could figure out what to do! We have used her for 2 trips. On spot with helping us out without whatever we asked. Will definitely use her in the future! Thank you Cathy. Job well dine!

It’s so nice to work with someone who does what they say there going to do.

As a single parent working full time my schedule gets slammed. I decided to take a last minute quick get away with my son. Cathy was happy to help and handled everything from booking a car rental, room and adventures for our excursion. This took the headache and time off my hands. Thank you Cathy. I will be using again, soon.

Cathy was a great travel agent. With this being my first time traveling internationally, Cathy made the process very easy and smooth. She was always available when we had a question to ask and she was very knowledgeable about all the information. This was a great experience!

The cruise to Tahiti was complicated. But Cathy handled everything. The hotel room, the logistics of the cruise, the excursions, the insurance. And she went along with us. I enjoyed the tour of the island, and the history (which Cathy arranged). All in all it was a great trip, and Cathy deserves a lot of credit.

I've never worked with a travel agent before, assumed I'd save money doing it myself. I was very wrong! They have access to deals we don't and Cathy helped me through many steps of a complex international trip, including arranging a cab for me from the airport late a night to the hotel where I was traveling alone. She arranged various interesting tours for us, was there to answer questions and or help with any needs. I commented to my family over the week what a great job she had done and it was a pleasure to have her along! Thank you Cathy! I'll always use you in the future!

Cathy was fantastic from start to finish! She maintained excellent communication with our entire group throughout the planning process and made sure we had everything we needed well before departure. She provided plenty of resources and opportunities to research the cruise ahead of time, which made us feel prepared and excited. As our trip got closer, Cathy sent timely reminders to keep everyone on track, making the entire process stress-free. Even after we embarked, she continued to share information about optional activities, mini excursions, and other experiences that helped us make the most of our time in Tahiti. Her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail made planning this trip incredibly easy. I would absolutely recommend Cathy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated travel agent!

Cathy met us in Tahiti and booked us in the Hilton, a great hotel with a wonderful pool. She took us on a tour of east coast of Tahiti. Starting at James Norman Hall house, Maracaibo Bay, Vaimuhuta Falls. Then on to cruise ship, The Star Breeze, where we had a wonderful 7 day cruise!

My wife and I had went on our first Viking river cruise, on the Danube River from Budapest to Regensburg, Germany. We had a pre-trip visit to Slovenia and Croatia. The trip was very nice and very organized. Cathy did a great job in arranging our trip. She was very patient in answering our questions.

We had a wonderful experience on the Viking Var, it exceeded our expectations.

Cathy booked us the most amazing trip to Aruba! We have three kids and she nailed it on things for each one of them to do! Our place was beautiful and spacious. She listened to what we wanted to experience on our trip and did a perfect job booking it.

Cathy did an amazing job when it came to planning travel and accommodations for our wedding guests. She handled every detail with care and professionalism. Our guests raved about how smooth and easy everything was, and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. If you need someone dedicated to making your event run perfectly, Cathy is the one to call. Highly recommended!

Very easy to contact, knowledgeable, and friendly

We had a fantastic time in Scotland and Ireland. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. We saw beautiful scenery and experienced the different cultures in each country.

Cathy was so on top of it, noticed we didn't book the taxi, helped us book it so fast, and got us a great deal! She was a key component to our trip to Mexico being so awesome!

Cathy was a huge help in booking our trip to the Grand Canyon. We had no idea there was a Railway Hotel in Williams that had a train to the Grand Canyon. What a cool experience. Cathy booked the whole package for us and it included a dinner at the Williams Railway Hotel, overnight stay, breakfast the next morning, the train ride to the Grand Canyon in the Luxury Parlor car, lunch at the Arizona Steakhouse in Grand Canyon village (where you could see the canyon outside the restaurant window), a sunset motorcoach tour on the south rim to watch the sunset over the Grand Canyon, 2 nights at the Maswick Lodge and a train ride back to Williams. It was the perfect amount of time to see everything we wanted to see at the Grand Canyon. Everything was wonderful and we couldn’t have been happier with all the details of the trip and how perfectly everything went. We wouldn’t have known about the train or the sunset tour if it hadn’t have been for Cathy. She was very responsive everytime I reached out to her and was very patient in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend her to any friend or family member. Cathy was awesome!

From the initial planning phase to our arrival back home, Cathy had every detail planned and organized for us. She chose our transportation, hotel, helped with details on the cruise, gave us advice on excursions and fun things to do, gave us things to be cautious of and most importantly, she checked in with us throughout our vacation to make sure everything was running smooth! It was extra comforting knowing she was just a phone call away if we needed her. We could not have planned such a great trip without her! We will definitely be using her in the future! Thank you again Cathy for making it a great trip for us!

Cathy helped my husband and I plan our 10th wedding anniversary to Barbados. She was very helpful in narrowing down what location to visit as we could not make up our minds. Cathy was responsive and knowledgeable about the locations we inquired about and was also very transparent about the places she did not have personal experiences with. We had provided Cathy with a wish list and were happily surprised with a swim-up upgrade at the resort. Would definitely use Cathy’s services again to plan my next trip.

Cathy was very easy to work with, always returned emails and texts. Any questions we had were promptly answered. She booked all flights, hotels and the cruise.

When planning our river cruise in Europe, we asked Cathy for advice on pre- and post-cruise destinations and tours. Her suggestions were great! We would not have come up with the ideas on our own --specifically, flying into Prague, spending a couple days there, and then taking a train to Budapest, our embarkation point. After the cruise, we really liked her idea of taking a short trip to Munich to get even more bang for our buck.

Cathy was actively engaged before, during and after the trip. A wonderful travel agent who I will use again and again

We have done several trips with Cathy. She is on top of her game to handle any situation.Responds quickly and professionally. Keeps you updated and informed on your travel plans. Will not do a trip without her expertise! Looking forward to our next trip mapped out by her!

Cathy was an amazing help from beginning to end with our travel. Always available and checking in to ensure we were taken care of and had what we needed.

Cathy was extremely helpful in every aspect. She’s a joy to work with and took care of our every need.

Cathy was wonderful in helping us coordinate our family trip!

Cathy has planned many trips for our family and always does an amazing job! She just recently planned a cruise for our family with Royal Caribbean. We have always traveld Carnival but she told us to give Royal a try and it was amazing we will definitely not be going back to Carnival. Cathy has also done our Disney trip, Two Trips to Italy for my parents and my sisters honeymoon. They all rave about her expertise! I was always skeptical to use a travel agent but since we have met Cathy we will never book a trip without her!

We have had MULTIPLE great experiences with Cathy. She's pays a particular focus to those traveling and why (romantic get away, family time with the kiddos, adventure, etc.) and is able to piece together the perfect get away from beginning to end. The itinerary she provides is detailed with all confirmation numbers, plans, reservations and she remains only a quick phone call away if you need anything at all. I also greatly appreciate her position with American Airlines. It reassures me that if there are any flight issues, she's going to have firsthand knowledge on how to handle quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, using Cathy helps me be able to relax and enjoy the vacation too :).

We had many postponements due to my daughter’s health issues, but Cathy finally made the trip happen.

Cathy was incredibly patient with me in figuring out the best travel option for my mom's surprised birthday trip! She helped take a lot of planning steps off my plate to make me less stressed about the entire thing.

Cathy was helpful, friendly and resourceful taking care of all our needs. Highly recommend

Cathy is fabulous! She spent a lot of time planning the perfect vacation for my family.

It was a delight to work with Cathy. This was our first experience working with a true travel agent. Cathy patiently answered all of our questions and made arrangements for our group of 6 (all of whom wanted different experiences while on vacation). She also provided insights about the destination and tips that improved our overall experience.

She is very available during the whole process. Cathy was quick to respond to any concerns/questions. Her process was seamless!

Our honeymoon was absolutely amazing thanks to Cathy. She helped us pick the perfect resort and arranged our flights and transportation. She made sure the process was seamless and easy! We were new to flying and a little bit nervous. She was there to help and answer all of our questions. I can’t say enough good things! We will definitely be using Cathy to book all of our future trips & recommended her every chance we get!

Cathy was easy to work with and answered our questions when we had them. Responses were timely and came with knowledge. Only reason I am doing stars is that we found out on the last day of our trip that my children qualified for disability passes from 2 friends on social media. Cathy was still very efficient at booking our trip and it wasn't something we knew to ask about.

She was great. She was helpful, and attentive !! Fantastic.

Ms. Winter’s attention to detail and communication was nothing short of excellent. She aggressively took action to schedule a required COVID test in Chicago ORD during a layover to safeguard our trip to Europe. Without her travel savy, the trip overseas was in serious jeopardy

Seamless! Cathy made this experience completely stress free. I booked my trip for my birthday, and my first big getaway booking everything by myself, and Cathy made the process so easy. I came to her with an idea of what I wanted, and she delivered with amazing options. No question went unanswered, she was available any time I needed anything, and followed up right when we got home. The trip was amazing, per her recommendation. Can’t wait to book my next trip with her!

Cathy was such a pleasure to work with and made the booking process for a large team feel so easy. Cathy booked airline flights for our team of 11 and also set up transportation to and from the airport. When we had to cancel a flight due to illness, Cathy was on top of figuring out if we could receive a refund. We also had a small timing issue with one of our vans and she remained in constant communication. Cathy was fabulous to work with and we will be using her for our future trips!

Cathy provides personable and attentive service!

Cathy is really customer oriented. She has a real ability to determine the desires of her customer and make helpful recommendations. Cathy is very knowledgeable about a vast array of travel opportunities which is so helpful to her customers. Cathy was right there for us as we navigated challenging Covid times!

Cathy is very professional and was always available to answer any questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable and organized. Would definitely use her services for another vacation. She made our Alaska cruise a trip of a lifetime

I don’t know what I would have done without her!!! Her knowledge, patience and kindness where exceptional. My life time dream trip was wonderful because of her.

When planning an all-inclusive Caribbean getaway, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with what seems like hundreds of possible locations and resorts to choose from. Cathy was extremely helpful in narrowing our search based on what we were looking for. I tend to go down rabbit holes of reading reviews about resorts and not knowing which ones to trust. Trusting Cathy was the best decision. I’m glad we used a travel agent and I’m glad we used Cathy. She helped make sure we were prepared and had everything we needed for heading out of the country. She was even available for last minute text questions that helped ease our mind. It’s nice to have a real person to ask questions to instead of Google. We loved the resort and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We highly recommend Cathy for help planning your next getaway!

I highly recommend Cathy. She has always provided great travel planning for our family for air travel, hotels and cruises. Even more important is in these crazy times she is always on top of current travel events and situations. She very efficiently handled the cruise line’s cancellation of a vacation we had booked last year. She quickly got us a full refund, something I appreciate even more after hearing about some of the time lags and hoops friends had to jump through in the same situation. Thanks to Cathy for all her help.

Cathy put together a wonderful cruise for my family. We were so excited to visit places we had not been to before while cruising on a wonderful cruiseship. Sadly, COVID-19 had other plans and we did not get to go on this trip of a lifetime. Cathy worked dilgently with the cruise company to get our money refunded to us and carefully explained the entire process. We are looking forward to planning a new trip as soon as possible.
