Life-Changing Galapagos Cruise

This trip was genuinely life changing, in every way. The three of us were so emotional leaving - every aspect of the trip was pure perfection. The nature exceeded even our very high expectations... and the service was absolutely perfect. Lucy was an incredible support throughout the entire experience. Excellent communicator who clearly offered all options. Was a savior when a few last minute changes were needed (outside her control). Made the entire experience a breeze.

Breathtaking River Cruise on the Douro

This was my first cruise so the highlight was waking up or traveling to new destinations daily and the ship was so quiet. The countryside of the Douro River was breathtaking. The Port of Porto was my favorite. Vibrant beautiful city with whitewashed buildings and clay roofs. Beautiful bridges and ships in port. Quite picturesque!
Working with Lucy was fabulous. Meticulous in her work. Everything she did was perfect!

Lucy also offers many options to choose from from flight arrangements, tours, and even horseback riding. She listens attentively, and works from your interests. Wonderful Guided Tour Experience

It was indeed our first tour anywhere, and everything exceeded expectations. The hotels, excursions, local guides, and meals were all first-class. Not to mention the espresso, the breathtaking scenery, the wonderful weather, and the Italians! Even the bus was comfortable, and on the longer rides, we appreciated having a rest stop. Traveling with our AV friends added meaning to the trip.
Yes, we both completed the survey, and we would both consider another tour with Collette. You did a great job organizing and your efforts at keeping us well-informed throughout the year leading up to our departure were commendable. We genuinely appreciate the dedication you put into ensuring our tour was unforgettable.
And of course, there was Luca, our tour manager. His extensive knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for Italy truly brought the experience to life, enriching our understanding as we traveled. He could have easily relaxed during the bus rides, but instead, he made the effort to educate

Lucy helped us arrange an incredible expedition cruise in the Galapagos with Lindblad/NatGeo Expeditions. Highlights are too many to mention but among them were 5-star hotels on the mainland, private drivers and guides, pre-cruise extension to Mashpi Lodge and Reserve, visiting so many islands in the Galapagos, and ALL the wildlife. Witnessing the Volcanic Eruption on Fernandina Island was fabulous! Lucy's efforts in coordinating the arrangements and flight were appreciated. Having a travel agent for this trip was necessary given the complexity of detail.

Fabulous Family Trip to Europe

Lucy is the most fabulous travel agent—she knows the business very well, is delightful to work with, and is always immediately responsive to questions. This was our first time working with her, and she helped us so much with a complicated 2-week trip to Europe that included three countries, flights/trains/rental car, and reasonable lodging. Amazing National Park Trip

I travelled with my family out west. We visited several National Parks as arranged by Lucy including a mule ride into the Grand Canyon. We were able to see so much beautiful scenery and even finished the trip off with a night in Vegas. One of the best trips I've ever been on!
