An island city, Key West is part of the archipelago of the Florida Keys and is situated at the southernmost point of Florida just 90 miles north from Cuba. Known for its pastel-colored conch-type homes, the cruise-ship port destination can also be reached from Florida's mainland by taking the Overseas Highway. Divers and snorkelers alike enjoy planning a Key West holiday. However, you don't have to be an avid diver or snorkeler to appreciate Key West.
