Working with Steve allowed me to make a decision with confidence. His support and guarantee to make sure that I will have everything I need is so reassuring. You never know what can happen when booking a trip through an online website. Who's going to help if things go awry? He took the fear out of making a reservation for 7 people and added some benefits that I did not know were available. I find great comfort in knowing that if I need anything, all I have to do is call Steve and he will make sure everything is taken care of.
