She has excellent knowledge on the differences and similarities of each destination, which really helped us find the best fit. She sent us a fun and helpful care package before we left that helped make things easier during a chaotic time. When our flight got cancelled, she was all over it and we ended up only losing about two hours--lifesaver!! Honeymoon Trip!

Julie was very quick and responsive to all of my emails and making all the necessary changes after our trip needed delayed with COVID pandemic! I didn’t need to worry about a thing. She made sure she told us how to save money on flights and got us the Club Mobay departure lounge where we could eat and drink for free when waiting for our flight to board before going back to the States. Julie is the best! She helped schedule our honeymoon back in 2018 and she did wonderful. When we talked about doing a friends trip out of the country we reached out immediately. Super helpful keeping the stays in our price range, having options and willing to work with us with flights etc. Mexico had a little scare and she did great being sure we were safe to still take the trip. Transportation was great to and from resort and she is very quick to get back with you. Highly recommend!

Julie provided excellent advice and guidance throughout our vacation experience. She helped us choose a great resort that matched/exceeded our expectations: We enjoyed a great pool near the ocean beaches and numerous restaurant choices with a variety of good food/beverage choices. Arriving during the "dry season" provided excellent climate conditions: 85-90 degrees daily with beautiful scenery. The entire property was immaculate including our rooms, the restaurants, entertainment areas, and pools.
Every one of the associates was very friendly and helpful regardless of any requests we presented them.
Julie also did a good job of arranging our transportation needs including our transports to and from the resort. Overall we felt that we received very good value compared to other trips we've taken in the past. Julie's responsiveness to questions and her attention to detail were very much appreciated throughout the process.
Note: In addition to our resort experiences one morning, we did attend a 4 HR Zipline-ATV tour nearby that was a lot of fun. (we prebooked from home) plus we attended a Catamaran trip one afternoon ( booked at the resort) avg rating.

Aruba is such a beautiful place for a honeymoon, especially the resort we went to, The Riu. Food was delicious, the pool and beach were about a 30 second walk from each other and the atmosphere was great; a little bit of calm and a little bit of party/night life. Julie was also so great to work with. Everything was set up perfectly for us when we got there and when we went to leave. It made us have a super easy and enjoyable trip!

We had the best time at El Dorado Seaside Suites in Mexico. We stayed in the ocean front swim up suites and that was so convenient for the pool and swim up bar. Lots of fun entertainment! From start to finish we truly had the best honeymoon! Everything was taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Best honeymoon ever!

Even when on the trip, she gave us heads up on delayed and cancelled flights. Julie Kimmel made us excited about our trip from the first draft of an itinerary to the final signing of papers. She takes into consideration all of our key places we want to visit as well as things we like to have in our hotels and makes it happen. She provides attention to detail, confirms all tickets, transfers, and accommodations a second time before we left the country and organizes all needed papers in a carry on folder for easy access if needed at immigration. Julie planned our trip to Peru in August and it was perfect. This is why she was first in mind for planning our trip to London, Paris and the southern coast of France 2 weeks ago.

Our Belated Honeymoon

We sought out Julie as a travel agent after hearing so many great things from our friends and family who have utilized her in the past. Julie originally booked my husband and I’s honeymoon to the Sandals resort in Grenada; however, due to COVID, we were unable to take that trip. If it weren’t for Julie, we would have had no idea how to navigate getting our money back, rescheduling, etc.. Julie made the process so easy for us. Then, when we were able to, Julie booked us a trip to the BEAUTIFUL Punta Cana with another couple who didn’t get to go on their honeymoon. Julie made the process of booking our honeymoon extremely easy. We had limited options of places to go because of COVID-19 but Julie was able to recommend some of the places that she sent other couples during the pandemic. Julie was quick in sending us different vacation packages and options. We decided on Cancun and the trip was amazing, I am so glad that Julie recommended this, or we would not have gone. Having never been there and only hearing of things to do and see, she was able to provide us with several suggestions of ideas and things to think about as we planned. We did a Cruisetour thru Royal Caribbean and were very pleased. She took care of all the reservations for the entire vacation. She helped me get a group rate contract at Sandals, she coordinated all guest hotel rooms, bus transfers and airfare, and even kept us updated on the latest COVID policies. She coordinated private transfers for us, all pre-travel reminders and she surprised us with a candle dinner and massage while at the resort. Everything with booking went well with Julie. Our stay in Jamaica was what expected and she was helpful in determining shortest flight times. She also was great with navigating covid requirements. The only con was that I felt like a bother whenever I was asking questions, clarifications etc. I wanted to book excursions before we got there but she told us that it couldn’t be done. However, when I talked to the sandals rep she stated that I could book whenever I wanted. I just really didn’t like feeling like I was wasting her time.

Julie assisted me with planning a 50th birthday vacation trip for 3 families. We were on a "budget" and had been looking for months at different options. My husband and I were planning on taking a late honeymoon, I had been looking up places to go and was so overwhelmed and decided to not take one because I didn’t even know where to start. My best friend recommended getting in contact with Julie & i am so happy I did! From the very first time talking with her she was so friendly & she set EVERYTHING up for us!! From the resort, to transfers, to flights. We answered a few questions that gave her a good idea of what we wanted, she got everything together in a very timely manner & all we had to do was pick which one we wanted to go on! Julie did an amazing job, she made sure that we had everything we needed during the planning process as well as before heading out to our honeymoon! She was very responsive, always giving us many options to choose from within our budget. She made it very easy to book the vacation, only meeting with her in person one time, which worked out great! She was willing to do whatever we asked her and was quick to get back with us. The Chic resort we stayed at was clean, friendly, and absolutely breathtaking.
