Suzi has organized trips for our large group, up to 5 families & friends, from different states for our cruises. She is on top of her game and always knows the best direction to get us all in one spot! (More like herding ducks.) When one of our group needed a wheelchair, she knew how to adjust our reservation at the last minute. When one of our group at another cruise was injured mid cruise, she helped to direct us to the best situation to arrange the return trip. Both of these happened during European cruises where we were at a loss to decide the best situation for us. One trip she helped guide our group of 20 +, through an at sea wedding. Wow! We have used Suzi for over 15 years. We never leave home without her in our pocket.

Suzi is the best! She goes the extra mile for us and has all the answers or will get them. It is always a pleasure working with her on our trips. She takes most if not all of the problems out of the equation when planning, and always gets you the best deal. She is truly a travel professional!

Suzi, you did a great job of organizing our cruise last week on the Allure of the Seas for our family group of ten. Scheduling the shows each day for all ten of us was pretty complicated, but you got it all arranged for us. Planning cruises through you is so smart because you have so much personal knowledge about the ships, itineraries, etc., as you have actually experienced many of the trips yourself. I remember a couple years ago we were returning from a New England cruise and arriving in Brooklyn just as the hurricane was approaching. There were no hotel rooms, no rental cars; nowhere for us to go. We were stuck in the baggage section of the airport, which was being closed in about an hour. As we were waiting for the Red Cross to pick us up we got a phone call - it was you - saying you had found a room for us at a small hotel. Little did we realize that you had been aware of the circumstances and were looking after us. Thanks, Suzi, you are the best!

Suzi has helped us with the last 2 trips we have taken. Previously on a cruise around South America, and then a wonderful Monogram Tour of Machu Pichu, and most recently on a Tauck Tour of Australia and New Zealand. She is so knowledgeable about all of the places you might want to visit in the world, and follows up with everything you suggest.
