My first flight was when I was 13 years old.  I went (by myself!) to see my aunt and family in Southern California.  That first venture out of the Midwest included a day at Disneyland.  I have been back to Disneyland at least 5 times since then - two times as an agent to attend Disney's Agent Education Program for multi-day training.  I absolutely love the two parks that are now there, Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.  My favorite ride of any domestic Disney park is Radiator Springs Racers in Disney California Adventure. 

 My first visit to Walt Disney World was in my early thirties.  My husband and I had just found out we were expecting twins.  We spent a day at Magic Kingdom, excited for the years ahead with our growing family.  I have been back to Walt Disney World almost more times than I can count now.  I have taken our kids to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, we've gone with my family and the cousins, I've been there for a national travel agent conference and for social media training.  My daughter and I spent time there in February 2021 so I could experience first hand the changes in the parks post-pandemic.   I have also attended Agent Education Programs hosted by Disney.  Most recently, in May 2023, I spent a few days with my sister at the parks and then stayed in town for Disney World resort and room tours and spent one day with agents touring the newest cruise ship, the Wish. 

It is extremely important to me that I keep up to date on the theme parks year round.  I attend monthly training sessions with my Disney and Universal business development managers, listen to a variety of Disney-related podcasts, and participate in many active and accurate Facebook groups.
