Just want to say Serena was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. This was my first time leaving the country and didn’t know where to begin with booking my trip! Serena Epps was my first travel agent to work with. Working with her was everything I could imagine & more because she made me & my mothers once and live time trip to Jamaica as memorable as possible. Serena was very very informative, punctual and accurate across all boards of servicing me and my moms trip.
