Arnold was most helpful and responded immediately when I had questions regarding the cruise. We even got an upgrade from deck 3 to deck 7, which we truly enjoyed. Slept well and had a great ocean view balcony to enjoy. Arnold , thank you for the 50 US shipboard credit, that awaited us when we arrived....That was most appreciated.
