No Direction but EAST COAST !

Katharine is amazing. We decided very last minute to go to the East Coast. With no real thought, she was quick to find several options for air, hotel & rental car. Then wow - she provided us such an amazing variety of activities for us to consider. Goodness there were things I never considered or knew about! With all the ground we wanted to cover, she booked us at 4 different properties. She checked on us day 1 & heard in my tone that the first hotel I wasn't happy with, I picked it, should have listened to her. She immediately found us another option as we had planed to return on our final day. With things never going smoothly for me, hotel #2 was beautiful, corner room, amazing view, spacious - just beautiful. We were finally relaxing when there was a drop from the bed, it broke-AH!! Hotel moved us and when she found out, she was not happy. Needless to say the hotel heard her. Positive outcome for us. Final result working with Katharine-JUST FABULOUS!

We have been thinking about this family halloween trip for a whole year and it finally came true! We reached out to Kathy before the halloween tickets went on sale and know they sell out fast, so we were anxiously waiting. The whole process was easy...we gave her two sets of dates that worked for us and our credit card. Before we knew it we had a hotel room at Disney's Paradise Pier, admission tickets to Mickey's Party, and tickets to California Adventure. In total we had 11 in our party (5 adults, 6 kids, and 3 rooms) and everyone had a blast. Hoping that this will be our new family tradition. A big thanks to Kathy for making the process easy!

Family Vacation to Italy

We spent sixteen days traveling throughout Italy and stayed in five different cities. It was a wonderful experience thanks to our incredible travel agent, Kathy, who did a great job coordinating our flights, private transfers, and train rides throughout the country. And our hotel accommodations all included breakfast (which was one of my preferences,) were very comfortable, and most importantly, were all centrally located since we walked everywhere within our destination cities. Our favorite experience was the Pizza & Gelato cooking class in Florence, and our favorite city was VENICE! Venice was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and not crowded because of the time of year (end of November.) We will definitely be going back! Ciao!

Kathy helped us formulize our christmas river cruise so that we had no problems. She confirmed airline details, and all transfers to and from airline and ship. She made sure.
All of our payments were done on time and that our travel insurance was also done appropriately. She personally delivered a package before we left that included All are information about air the cruise itself, and all the individual excursions in detail by each day. She followed up by checking to make sure that we were on board and safe, and that we had returned home without any delays.

Fantastic Trip to the Bahamas

This trip was amazing! It was our first time to the Caribbean and Kathy took care of every detail.
We’re not really planners - so we told Kathy what we were looking for and she put together a fantastic itinerary. All we needed to do was show up to the airport with our suitcases in hand.
On our trip, we were able to coordinate excursions to rose island, enjoy the Bahamian sun and drink rum punch - which is exactly what we wanted.

Disneyland Adventure made easy by Kathy

Kathy was amazing! We let here know that my family and I wanted to attend Mickeys Halloween party and stay over night and visit California Adventure the next day. We gave her possible dates we could do, told her we wanted to stay at one of their hotels that had a pool and we could just park and walk everywhere.She contacted us quickly with dates, times and pricing! It was so easy gave her our credit card number and was all done! She delivered all the info/paperwork we needed and we were set! We all had a GREAT time! Mickeys Halloween party was a blast!! lots of rides and candy!!! Then we went back to our room at Paradise Pier and could see the Light/water show at California Adventure and it was amazing! Then the next day we were onto California Adventure! Such a great family fun vacation! We defiantly will use Kathy again and recommend her to friends and family!

I had decided to participate in the Los Angeles Run for Her Cure for Ovarian Cancer in November 2014 at the last minute. I called Katharine Gonzales to see if she could find lodging for myself and my husband. She did it with such ease, she suggested several properties explaining what amenities they had and price range and the distance from the race venue. With all the information that I now had at my finger tips she was able to book our hotel so close to the main event that we could just walk over there!! She suggested several restaurants in the area and pointed out the famous Farmers Market to us along with the Holocaust Museum. We had such a good time that I plan on participating in the Run for Her again next year. Thank you :)

Kathy made our trip to Hawaii even better! Having been to Hawaii numerous times before, I really wasn't sure what Kathy could help us with other then the chore of having to do the booking ourself but the upgrade to the Ocean view room was breathtaking (we had only had an ocean view room in the past if we paid a lot extra for it) and the shuttle to and from the airport made things so much easier and stress free. When the hotel made a mistake with our room, Kathy had the problem fixed right away and even got them to waive the resort fee for our trouble. Now, just a month after our trip, we are already using her again to book our next trip!

Kathy was always available to answer all of my questions. She worked with me to find the best tours for what I was intrested in period Kathy didn't mind all of the many changes my traveling partner and I had. Best of all, she brought over everything in paper form which worked out perfectly because in China my phone died and I would have had no way of knowing how to get in touch with any of the tour people.
Cathy booked my plane ticket so that I was with my friend who had already booked.

Disneyland adventure

Kathy made our last minute trip to Disneyland/California Adventure so easy and fun! She was able to get us a room at paradise pier with an amazing view of the park, early admission to the parks, breakfast with characters with a birthday surprise for our boys. She printed all our documents so we didn't have to do anything! It was an amazing trip that we will never forget!
We are planning another vacation back east and have Kathy working on that also. She is amazing!

Part of my vacation was letting Kathy plan the trip for us. I usually stress over all the research so it was nice to let go of that aspect and let Kathy plan our trip. By providing her with some of our basic wants and needs for our family vacation she was able to quickly provide us with multiple options and itineraries for our trip. Once our package was selected Kathy continued to provide us with information to help us plan our daily activities such as on-site restaurant options with menus, local maps, children's activities, spa options, etc. Whenever I had questions I emailed Kathy and always received a same day response, usually within an hour. Anyone who has been to the Aulani Disney Resort in Hawaii knows that the amount of options for room types, activities, rentals, restaurants, etc seems endless. Working with Kathy I was impressed with her knowledge about all the different options available to us during our stay. I feel like she really helped us maximize our vacation experience by getting the most out of our time spent there.

Awesome

This was a dream trip for my wife and I. I had many reservations as to how could something we had dreamed about come to reality without some bump in the road. As and architect I always planned for the unexpected. I must say all my apprehension was for not from leaving our house going to Alaska to coming home all went without the slightest bump in the road. Everything detail Kathy had planned went together without any hiccup.
Our next trip I will completly leave in Kathy's hands once we determine where we're going, when we go, what we want to see and when we want to return home. With that I know I'll have another 4000 trip photos and memories to last a lifetime.

Easy Peasy!

Kathy knew the in's and out's of planning our Disney trip and provided insight as to when to book and what days we should do which parks. She got our hard-to-come-by tickets for the popular Mickey's Halloween Party and booked corresponding dates for us at the Disney hotel Paradise Pier. She knew in advance that the pool was being remodeled and had given us notes that we would be able to use the Disneyland Hotel Pool (short walk, two big slides!). She alerted me that the hotel parking garage was without an elevator so to park on the first floor or drop off bags first. All of these small details made the check-in process go very smoothly! The hotel she booked for us was perfect for our vacation and our three families were able to be close to each other on the same floor in the hotel as she had requested on our behalf.

Awesome simply awesome! Once my wife and I decided when we wanted to take the trip over one year prior to actually traveling, Kathy guided our wishes into dreams come true.
All travel arrangements were completed from airline tickets and boarding passes to hotel arrangements and intern travel arrangements and last to ship boarding passes.
I as an elderly retired architect, enjoy when all possible road bumps are eliminated prior to leaving the comforts of my home which made this trip awesome.

At the last minute I decided to take my kids and mom to Disney Land. I was very busy at work, and didn't have time to do all the research. I contacted Kathy and within a few hours she had pricing options and packages for me to review. I selected a package that included hotel and park hopper tickets. I got even more than I had expected!
