All Inclusives are a Great Way to Travel

All inclusive resorts are resorts in most popular travel destinations that include all food and drink (most alcohollic beverages) at the basic level.  These are great alternatives for families with children whose eyes are bigger than their stomachs!

The up front cost is what you pay for your hotel, your food, and your drink.  No need to take out the wallet while at an all-inclusive resort.  Food and drink are available almost 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.  No one goes hungry or thirsty at an all inclusive resort.

Typically all-inclusives include beachfront properties, but you must be careful as there are some that are "across the street" from the beach, and that "street" may be a four-lane highway.  That's where I come in.  I can find you the best hotel that meets your needs (adults only, family friendly, and everything in between).  

I have been to many all-inclusive resorts, primarily in the Caribbean and Mexico.  Many people are afraid to go to Mexico, but the resorts are pretty safe as long as you are smart and don't leave the properties at night.  Some of my favorites are Sandos and Riu.  The food is delicious and the accommodations are incredible!

Perhaps my favorite all-inclusive is the Catalonia on Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.  I think it is the best food I have ever had at a large resort (the food at these places is primarily buffet except for the specialty restaurants).

Speaking of specialty restaurants, depending on where you travel, most all-inclusive resorts will allow you a specialty restaurant or two, depending on the amount of time you are at the resort.  I have found that these restaurants are an experience all their own.  Happiness is the common denominator for these resorts.  

Typically, there are tennis courts, crafts, spas, shopping, concerts and theatrics, babysitting and a host of other offerings at the all-inclusives, depending where you are.
