Joanne made our honeymoon a breeze, we told her where we wanted to go and what we were looking for. She put in the work! Provided us with all the different resorts we could stay at, some personal experience and reviews from other clients. The whole process was simple, she handled the flights, booking the hotel, special recommendations, trip planning, transportation, etc. We handled being excited! She had us covered with insurance, as well as a full itinerary which came in handy multiple times throughout the trip. When I say she put in the work, I truly mean it. Our flights were a breeze, and the resort was perfect. She arranged transportation, something I didn't even think about. We never had to worry about waving down a taxi. She also contacted the resort and they left us flowers, chocolate, a note, and a towel swan! I would highly recommend Joanne Telfer to plan your honeymoon / vacation. My wife and I will definitely be coming back.

Planning a trip for four people flying in from different states sounds like chaos, but Joanne took care of everything like a boss lady. Flights? Flawless. Transportation? Waiting right when we needed it. Resort? On point. It was charming, within budget, and had the best staff and food we’ve ever experienced on vacation. This trip was a 10/10 — zero stress, all vibes. Honestly, we’re spoiled now. I can’t wait for Spring Break 2026!

I just came off a cruise Joanne arranged with MSC for a group of over 70 retired police and their family. She did an outstanding job accommodating everyone, arranging excursions, checking if we needed anything, making suggestions on ways to save time and money, giving us a list of suggested items to pack, and troubleshooting when necessary. She was also on the cruise and was a delightful hostess. I already booked another cruise with her for next year!!!

Went with 12 couples on a group MSC Cruise and Joanne was the glue that held us together to make it happen. Life happens and Joanne was able to iron out the bumps in the road with the cabins, airfare and transportation before the cruise for everyone.

Trip of a lifetime. The only negative comments are: 1) The excursion to Jamaica to the Bob Marley site was very disorganized but it was the excursion company problem not MSC or Travel Agent problem. 2) the personnel at the excursion desks and service desk were curt and rude. Note: Those small complaints would not prohibit me from traveling MSC again.

Joanne was spectacular to work with from start to finish. She provided various trips with pricing based on what we were looking for and was able to adjust our trip as needed to meet our needs. She booked us multiple excursions, plane tickets, train tickets, and hotel accommodations. Everything was provided in an itinerary with all details provided which led to a perfect honeymoon.

For those who aren’t tech savvy like myself, I loved the package I got in the mail with each day laid out and suggestions to boot! It was the easiest vacation I ever went on! My wife and I; along with our daughter, granddaughter and other friends returned from a voyage that was the most wonderful and delightful fourteen (14) days of our lives! Everything went perfect because of the insightful recommendations, planning and overall service provided by our Travel Agent friend, Joanne M. Telfer!

Joanne was very helpful in planning our trip. She was always on top of things if something wasn't right, and willing to make changes when we changed our minds. My only complaint was that one of the hotels wasn't as nice as I thought it would be, and some of the timing between tours and such was weird, (which may not be her fault at all).

As for tour operator Odyssey, we were greatly pleased first and foremost with our superlative guide who led us through 2 countries with great skill and comfort to our travel experience. Hotels, meals and in-country travel were handled flawlessly and without issue. In summary the trip was a full scale lifetime experience that we will cherish in memory for many years to come.

I was part of a large group (way over 50) that booked with Joanne. While I can't say what others experienced, mine was awesome with only one problem that was not her fault. The cruise line overcharged me and it was their fault. not Joanne's. She worked with them without my intervention and she was able to get it resolved. A big peace of mind, let me tell you.

Was a diverse group with language difference. Would have liked to see more group events for picture and group cohesion.

My husband and I knew we wanted to travel to somewhere in Europe, but we weren’t quite sure where. We sent Joanne a list of places we were interested in and she provided us with sample itineraries of each place. We eventually settled on Ireland! Joanne helped us with all of the logistics that were tough for us to wrap our heads around such as flights, train tickets, and booking hotels. We even had our flights cancelled on us a couple months before our trip and Joanne quickly had new flights booked for us within 24 hours. Joanne provided us with copies of all of our tickets for trains and excursions with a detailed itinerary, which was a lifesaver, before we left. We had a great time in Ireland and loved all of the trips that Joanne booked for us. Joanne listened to everything my husband and I wanted, but provided helpful input when we were trying to do too much in too short of a trip. We ended up making our trip longer to fit everything in that we wanted and we are so glad we did! Highly recommend Joanne to anyone who is looking to travel!

I told her some options we were considering, she was quick to grab some quotes - then we decided to consider adding another day and she was quick to present that as well. Once we decided to book, she let us know all the info she needed in that moment and everything was taken care of perfectly.

Our most recent trip was to France, which was complicated with a one-way ticket for our daughter who remained there for study abroad. No problem at all for Joanne. Joanne was very swift in identifying options for direct flights, and seamlessly organized the hotel. She confirms all details prior to booking, and is in constant communication with updates pertaining to the trip. She genuinely shares in the excitement of travel and is eager to hear about the adventure itself - what went well, what may have gone better, and thus is an endless repository for planning future travel tips for her clients.

Did not try hard enough to get room together, Provided incorrect information on Embarking and Disembarking ports. Did not inform us how to get the same table and dining time, Not present at Wednesday event that she sent announcement s for. Sends a lots of emails for future travel.
