Mindy planned our trip to Universal, and she turned what is can be really stressful, complicated, and overwhelming into a total breeze. She handled everything—our hotel, park tickets, and Express Passes—so we didn’t have to second-guess a single decision. There are so many details to think through with a theme park booking (park hopper vs. one park per day, which days to use Express Passes, how many parks to include, etc.), and Mindy completely took all of that off our plate. She asked the right questions, explained every option clearly, and made sure nothing was overlooked. Mindy is an absolute genius when it comes to all things WDW! Her thorough itinerary, reviews of the rides and restaurants, and solutions and tips for making the trip so special and stress-free. She truly knows all there is to know about the entire Walt Disney resort. She recommended amazing restaurants, and even indicated which rides would require some Dramamine! Mindy helped our Girl Scout troop book group flights, hostels and fun adventures for our trip to Swizerland and Paris. At some point, our train was delayed for hours and Mindy took over communicating for us (our wi-fi was spotty) with ground transporation and the dinner cruise we booked. Because of that, we were able to pivot and make it to our cruise with our luggage in tow. She made a stressful situation much less stressful.

We just returned from an unforgettable anniversary trip to the Dominican Republic to celebrate 7 wonderful years together—and we owe a huge thanks to our amazing travel agent, Mindy, for helping us plan the perfect getaway! While we missed our kiddos dearly, it was such a gift to unplug from work and escape the chaos a few weeks early. Mindy recommended we stay at JOIA Bávaro by Iberostar, an adults-only resort, and it was a great choice. One of the highlights for us was the All-Inclusive Golf Package—as many rounds as you can play per day for one flat rate! The course itself was beautifully maintained, surrounded by stunning views, and the resort even provided complimentary transportation to and from the clubhouse. Another perk of staying at JOIA is that guests have full access to the entire Iberostar complex, including the sister resorts and their amenities. We started planning a trip to Ireland last year. It was a bit overwhelming, so I turned everything over to Mindy. Mindy is very good at accommodating times, dates and one’s budget when it comes to organising a trip. I had booked a trip and was told by the company I was staying with that guests are to arrive and depart from their camp on Sundays so Mindy definitely did an amazing job in helping me find an itinerary that would match the arrival date demands and my budget.

Mindy worked with us for months planning our special trip, giving us options, recommendations and tips based on experience and within our budget.

Everything was flawless and there were a lot of moving parts (airplane flights, taxis, private transfers, trains, boat rides, guided private tours that skip all the lines, tickets to venues, hotel rooms, breakfasts, you name it).

If you are like me, you may think you can do it yourself and "save" some money... let me tell you something, you won't and the stress associated with doing it yourself is not worthy.

We just came back from Disney. With the help of Mindy, we had a perfect stay at Disney's Beach Club Resort. We took her advice and did Club Level and three day park hopper and glad we did. The room was amazing and it included adult drinks (as many as you wanted), food and treats throughout our stay at Stone Harbor (on the same hall as our room). We were able to walk to Epcot and take the skyliner to Hollywood Studios. We made amazing memories!
