Rachel was absolutely AMAZING to work with in planning our destination wedding for us and 60 other guests including children. We had bi-weekly calls and she didn’t miss one detail. Over this time of planning our wedding, we became friends. Rachel is down to earth, always available, is very knowledgeable, and I am so blessed that we crossed paths. Thanksgiving Family Vacation

Rachel worked diligently booking our family vacation in which family spanned over several states. Once completely booked (we booked 10 mo in advance) she still kept in contact with “check ins”. Two weeks prior to flying she once again reached out making sure we all had what was needed and answered all questions each family member had. The day we flew she made sure to check in on us to ensure everything was going smoothly. Once we arrived we had shuttle questions, she answered them promptly and efficiently. The next morning she checked in with us one last time to make sure our check in went smoothly. We really enjoyed this hassle free vacation and highly recommend Rachel and Hidden Gem Travel.
