Jennifer always helps us plan, book and execute our trips from Disney, to Universal, all inclusive resorts and many cruises! She is always more than willing to answer all our questions and helps us find the best deals for our needs. She even has saved us money in ways we didn't know were possible. Having never taken a cruise before, nor realized how important a very experienced travel agent was to the success of a trip, we were very fortunate that Jen had been highly recommended to us. Jen was very friendly, thorough (ensuring she knew exactly what our desires were), and expertly laid out our detailed itinerary. Her attention to detail was remarkable! We had been undecided about purchasing trip insurance until she convinced us of its value. We were so grateful to have listened to her advice, because a week before departure a medical emergency required cancelling our trip before it started. She immediately contacted all parties to cancel our reservations. Two days later, the cruise itself was cancelled due to mechanical issues with the ship. Worried that our previous cancellation would make us ineligible for any special offers, she worked tirelessly to successfully convince the cruise line that we should also be included.
