Planning a vacation to Disney World can be stressful and Jenni’s expertise made the whole process much more enjoyable. She is extremely knowledgeable on these destinations and if by chance there is something that she is unsure about, she will find the answer and get back to you in a timely manner. She was always willing and available to answer any and all questions that I had for her. She even checked in with us while we were on our trip to ensure that everything was going well. Jenni was phenomenal to work with. From start to finish everything was taken care. The only thing I had to worry about was how quickly could I kick back and relax! She even went to great lengths to try and help rearrange our flights.

Disney and Universal Family Trip
Jenni Irving expertly and patiently assisted my family in organizing our trip to Disneyworld and Universal Florida. She coordinated transportation to and from the airport and the parks, scheduled some of our table service meals, gave us insight on which hotels would best meet our needs, and demonstrated on to use Disney's Genie+ app. After we returned home Jenni assisted in resolving an issue we were having with our photos.
