Honeymoon from heaven

We had the most amazing experience using ExtravaGranza travel. Our dream honeymoon to St. Lucia had been planned for 27 months with two reschedules courtesy of Covid and pregnancy. I cannot tell you the number of e-mails I sent (I'm a 'look at every scenario' person) and Alan responded to every one so I felt confident about our plans. Clara’s Birthday Cruise

Had a great time on our cruise! Cabin location was excellent! Zero noise from the Music Hall even though it was right around the corner. The automatic elevators seemed slow, but eventually seemed to manage the flow pretty well. Food was great and plentiful. We loved the layout with 7 bars center ship on decks 5 and 6. Also a pleasant surprise was that Customs had Facial Recognition in the terminal when we got back so clearing Customs was a breeze!
One thing we would recommend for future travelers—consider buying The Key add on. You automatically get on the ship with the first group, you get a nice sit down lunch on embarkation day, free wifi, reserved seating at most shows, and (most importantly) you and your luggage get off the ship first at the end. For us, it was worth the few dollars extra.

50th Anniversary Trip

From the very first contact we had with Alan, he was wonderful! He went out of his way to make sure that our itinerary included everything we wanted. Alan was fantastic. As soon as I asked him to be our travel agent, he jumped right in and started helping us set up. He was able to get us rooms where we could see the nightly fireworks. He scheduled our restaurants. We had the best time at WDW this year.

Disney Cruise - Magical Vacay

Working with Alan was fantastic. He made our vacation stress free and full of fun! He helped book a Disney Cruise on the brand new Disney Wish for myself and my young son. He ensured we got the room we wanted and booked the whole thing including transportation to and from the airport. He provided an itinerary and helpful tips such as booking experiences through the Disney Cruise Line app. Alan was available for any and all questions and even answered a last minute question on passport vs birth certificate for my son. We had a fantastic vacation full of fun and I am so glad I had Alan to help navigate everything!

Amazing Travel Agent

From the start of planning our trip Alan was available and very helpful. He gave recommendations on places to stay that met our budget and expectations. We were going as a small group (2couples) and he did a zoom meeting g to ensure we both got the same information and answered questions. We ended up rescheduling our trip due to Covid and he helped with that. About 2 weeks prior to our trip he provided us with a goody bag and documents that we needed. Every single detail. About a week prior to our trip we ended having to reschedule due to my dad transitioning to hospice. He glady helped us. Finally, we made it to our trip and again provided all the details and checked in while we were there to ensure everything was OK. He was knowledgeable and very experienced. I have already recommended him to someone else and would gladly use him again to book our trips.

10 year Anniversary Trip

Using Alan to help plan our anniversary trip helped us actually enjoy our vacation more! In our initial contact, he explained his services and he actually talked us through the ideas we had for our trip and helped us narrow it down. His expertise in this was helpful since neither myself nor my husband had been outside the United States before. He listened to what we wanted and was able to provide options that aligned with that. He built our itinerary so all we needed to do was go and have fun! A few days before we left, he went over our itinerary in detail and answered last minute questions. During our trip, he checked in with us to ensure everything met our expectations. From someone who has always done the vacation planning on our family, it was stress free having Alan do it and we definitely plan to use him again for our future vacations!

First Disney Trip

Alan was so phenomenal to work with in planning our families first trip to Disney World. He was quick to respond, and answered all of my millions of questions! He booked everything for us.. The trip, dining reservations, stroller rental, and even got us in the rides virtual queue. He was also so thoughtful and sent us a "fun package" with goodies for our trip! We used Alan to help plan our honeymoon and he did an amazing job! He made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. We would have been lost without him (literally!!). He gave valuable insight and helped us to pick the perfect resort for our experience. He assisted with helping us to choose the perfect room, dining options, activities and flight information. Working with Alan is a no brainer. Even though I am a former Floridian and an experienced Disney goer, I’d never not use a travel agent. Alan has been available to answer all questions and PROMPTLY. That’s huge in my book especially when planning, timing is everything. We are dvc members, but still have questions. He has booked all our dining reservations and “special events” such as personal photographer for anniversary, tour guide for my birthday trip.
