Hi there! My name is Alan Granza, and I'm excited to be a part of this travel agent directory. As a travel advisor for the past three years, my motivation for becoming a travel advisor was simple - to help people experience the world the right way with no stress. While my primary travel niche is adult-only and family all-inclusive vacations, I specialize in all-inclusive resorts, specifically in Jamaica. As a Jamaica Specialist, I am an expert in all things Jamaica, from the best all-inclusive resorts to the top activities to do while on the island. Jamaica is one of my favorite destinations, and I've had the privilege of visiting many of the resorts on the island, so I can confidently say that I know which ones are the best for my clients.
When it comes to all-inclusive resorts in Jamaica, there are so many great options to choose from. Sandals is the most well-known all-inclusive resort brand in the Caribbean, and for good reason - they offer luxury accommodations, gourmet dining options, and a range of activities, all included in the price of your stay. Sandals & Beaches Resorts is an all-inclusive resort brand that caters specifically to couples, and Beaches caters to families making it the perfect choice for honeymooners or those looking for a romantic getaway. With seven Sandals resorts and 2 Beaches resorts to choose from in Jamaica, Sandals & Beaches Resorts offers a range of amenities and activities, including spa treatments, water sports, and excursions.
Another great supplier that I specialize in is Hyatt Hotels. While Hyatt is not an all-inclusive resort brand, they do have two properties in Jamaica that are great options for families or couples looking to experience Jamaica without an all-inclusive package. The Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall and Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall are located on the same property, but offer different experiences - the Ziva is perfect for families, while the Zilara is adults-only.
I also specialize in Iberostar Hotels and Resorts, which has five properties in Jamaica. From the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall to the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach, there is an Iberostar property for every type of traveler. Honeymoon from heaven

We had the most amazing experience using ExtravaGranza travel. Our dream honeymoon to St. Lucia had been planned for 27 months with two reschedules courtesy of Covid and pregnancy. I cannot tell you the number of e-mails I sent (I'm a 'look at every scenario' person) and Alan responded to every one so I felt confident about our plans. Clara’s Birthday Cruise

Had a great time on our cruise! Cabin location was excellent! Zero noise from the Music Hall even though it was right around the corner. The automatic elevators seemed slow, but eventually seemed to manage the flow pretty well. Food was great and plentiful. We loved the layout with 7 bars center ship on decks 5 and 6. Also a pleasant surprise was that Customs had Facial Recognition in the terminal when we got back so clearing Customs was a breeze!
One thing we would recommend for future travelers—consider buying The Key add on. You automatically get on the ship with the first group, you get a nice sit down lunch on embarkation day, free wifi, reserved seating at most shows, and (most importantly) you and your luggage get off the ship first at the end. For us, it was worth the few dollars extra.

Hawaiian Island Cruise

Alan provided all our travel needs on this trip to Hawaii. He set up transportation, pre-cruise hotel and excursions on Oahu which made our pre-cruise time “pain” free. Our Sun Princess Cruise was amazing!!! We loved each port that we visited-Sicily, Crete, Istanbul, Mykonos, and Athens. The food, staff, and hospitality were outstanding. Our cruise consisted of travelers 19 to 63. There was something for everyone on this trip.

From the very first contact we had with Alan, he was wonderful! He went out of his way to make sure that our itinerary included everything we wanted. First Theme Park Trip with Kids

Alan was a pleasure to work with! To no one’s fault but the pandemic, we ended up working with Alan for nearly 3 years for one trip. Alan helped us reschedule our family’s cruise several times and didn’t bat an eye at all of our questions and needs. Alan helped us get through our first Disney trip with my parents, brother, 6 year old son and 4 year old daughter. He basically held our hand the entire way through the planning process and answered any and all questions that I had. While we were at Disney he checked on us daily and helped with anything that we needed! He has now helped us plan our next trip- a Disney cruise! He spent hours on the phone with Disney to help make sure we got the dates we wanted with an amazing deal! Hands down, best travel agent!! Disney Cruise - Magical Vacay

Working with Alan was fantastic. He made our vacation stress free and full of fun! He helped book a Disney Cruise on the brand new Disney Wish for myself and my young son. He ensured we got the room we wanted and booked the whole thing including transportation to and from the airport. He provided an itinerary and helpful tips such as booking experiences through the Disney Cruise Line app. Alan was available for any and all questions and even answered a last minute question on passport vs birth certificate for my son. We had a fantastic vacation full of fun and I am so glad I had Alan to help navigate everything!

Amazing Travel Agent

From the start of planning our trip Alan was available and very helpful. He gave recommendations on places to stay that met our budget and expectations. We were going as a small group (2couples) and he did a zoom meeting g to ensure we both got the same information and answered questions. We ended up rescheduling our trip due to Covid and he helped with that. About 2 weeks prior to our trip he provided us with a goody bag and documents that we needed. Every single detail. About a week prior to our trip we ended having to reschedule due to my dad transitioning to hospice. He glady helped us. Finally, we made it to our trip and again provided all the details and checked in while we were there to ensure everything was OK. He was knowledgeable and very experienced. I have already recommended him to someone else and would gladly use him again to book our trips.

10 year Anniversary Trip

Using Alan to help plan our anniversary trip helped us actually enjoy our vacation more! In our initial contact, he explained his services and he actually talked us through the ideas we had for our trip and helped us narrow it down. His expertise in this was helpful since neither myself nor my husband had been outside the United States before. He listened to what we wanted and was able to provide options that aligned with that. He built our itinerary so all we needed to do was go and have fun! A few days before we left, he went over our itinerary in detail and answered last minute questions. During our trip, he checked in with us to ensure everything met our expectations. From someone who has always done the vacation planning on our family, it was stress free having Alan do it and we definitely plan to use him again for our future vacations!

Working with Alan is a no brainer. Even though I am a former Floridian and an experienced Disney goer, I’d never not use a travel agent. Alan has been available to answer all questions and PROMPTLY. That’s huge in my book especially when planning, timing is everything. We are dvc members, but still have questions. He has booked all our dining reservations and “special events” such as personal photographer for anniversary, tour guide for my birthday trip.
