Engagement of a lifetime in Italy!
From the moment I first talked on the phone with Jennifer to the end of our trip, she has been nothing but helpful with the planning and so attentive to our needs. The hardest part of the whole experience was deciding where we wanted to go. Once we decided on Italy, Jennifer made the planning process a breeze. Putting together all our accommodations, flights, rental car, and even going as far as shipping masks straight to my door.
Unbeknownst to me, my fiance had secretly reached out to Jennifer asking for help in proposing. Jennifer put him in touch with a planner in Italy who put together a dream proposal at Villa Balbianello. Words can't describe how incredible it was and it could not have happened without Jennifer.
We are so grateful for Jennifer for planning the trip of a lifetime for us. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and care for us did not go unnoticed. Will never plan a trip again without Jennifer, and highly recommend her for your next trip.

AMAZING! She set the bar high
This was my first time working with a travel agency and Jennifer set the bar high. She is AMAZING and the term falls short to describe her. Our resort was incredible. We woke up in paradise for 4 days. We could have spent every day all day there without the need to leave. Our excursions were incredible the luau was amazing, Hawaii was incredible and I didn’t have to worry about anything but enjoy family time and the scenery.

Dream Paul Gauguin Cruise!
We booked a trip with Jennifer to Tahiti on the Paul Gauguin cruise ship. She explored and then fulfilled every wish and need we had. We needed day rooms in Los Angeles and Papette. She found great ones that were fair priced. She found a lower price with a cabin upgrade. The topper was helping us navigate the COVID protocol for US and Tahiti! Amazing Walt Disney World Trip
Jennifer Wood helped me plan an amazing trip to Disney with my son. I had put off going to the Disney parks for a few years(bought tickets during Covid and they don’t expire for a few years from purchase date) because I was intimidated by the Covid ever changing rules, the genie app/lighting lane/ scheduling ride times…the Disney App itself was intimidating to navigate. Jennifer set everything up for us and went above and beyond in helping schedule our rides every morning at 6am her time!!! By day 2 I was a Disney pro because of her!! Jennifer was incredibly helpful on our family vacation to Hawaii. I was admittedly skeptical about the need for a travel agent, but she was well worth it and absolutely necessary. She took away so much of the work and stress of planning a vacation. She planned our entire trip from airport to airport, hotels, events, and everything so that all we had to do was show up.
