This was my first time using a travel agent while booking a trip to Barbados for a friend's wedding. Sara did a great job communicating all important details, making the booking at the resort, and making sure we had everything we needed prior to departing. She didn't book our flights but she asked for our flight info to make sure the resort knew when to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. Sara made our trip to both London and Paris very easy by finding hotels near attractions and cost effective. She assisted in contacting the hotel when we were unsure if they had a mini fridge in the room. She requested cribs for all of our rooms and each room came prepared as hoped for. Working with Sara was so great. We began searching for our honeymoon destination on our own and quickly became overwhelmed trying to manage a budget as well as getting all of the things we wanted. Sara had us answer a questionnaire and then gave us a variety of different trip options, including our flights, in full detail and within our budget. She provided a lot of important details (i.e. aloe is $30 in MX so bring your own, lots of taxi drivers will try to stop you once leaving the airport) that we found really helpful. We certainly plan to reach out to her again for future trips.

I just wanted to thank you again so much for helping us with our trip. I honestly don't think it could have gone any better. We averaged around 17k steps a day and felt like we left no stone unturned! It felt so pulled together even though it was pretty much last-minute for a Disney trip. My oldest LOVED Star Wars and your ability to help us get in so early made it feel like there was almost no one there, and we ended up being able to walk up to one of the coolest Star Wars experiences that usually requires reservations way in advance. The younger one was obsessed with Animal Kingdom and you coached us so well around what to make sure we saw and must-do experiences! I'm so glad I found you!
