Nikki was the MVP of our family trip! Without her guidance and helpful tips we would have been lost. The last time I was in Disney was about 20 years ago and a ton has changed! She helped me learn how to navigate the app to check ride times, make dinner reservations, and even unlock our hotel room! The trip would have not been the same without her. Honeymoon to remember

This was our first time using a travel agent, and our experience with Nikki absolutely exceeded our expectations! She made the entire planning process so easy and enjoyable. Instead of feeling stressed, we were actually able to relax and get excited about our trip.
Nikki planned a honeymoon that was exactly what we were hoping for and more. We wanted a perfect mix of exceptional food, luxury, activities, and relaxation, and she delivered on every front. Birthday Celebration!

Fantastic Family Vacation to Sunny Mexico!

We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish working with Nikki! She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the area we wanted to travel and had many great recommendations and tips for the trip. The resort was beautiful. The food was fantastic. Our kids loved all of the pools, beach, and the 2 large water slides. The "waterpark" was aimed more towards little kids (mine are 9 and 6). It kept them entertained for a bit, but I we only ended up going one day becuase they were more entertained at the larger pools. My husband and I did a couple massage and got to do the hyrdotherapy circuit as well. The spa was clean, inviting, and the massage therapists were wonderful. Overall, our vacation was top notch.

Mexico Trip

Nikki Helton was my friend and my travel agent when we went to an inclusive resort in Cancun.Our first contact with her was when we talked about what type of resort and accommodations we were seeking.Nikki gave us four choices with descriptions and price points.
After our dates were set, all our travel arrangements were set by her.We then had a three way conversation as to options and conerns. We had a positive attitude about our travels.We were informed about the Cancun Airport and she made us relaxed about the monkeys.Nikki made sure that we could contact her at any time.
After our trip, she followed up on our impressions.Which made us feel welcomed home.

Royal Caribbean Cruise

Nikki helped us plan our family of 5 trip to Miami and our Royal Caribbean cruise on Independence of the Seas. She did a great job with the planning and helping present us with options to choose from, which made it so much less overwhelming than if we had tried to plan it ourselves. We loved our trip, loved our room on the cruise and loved our hotel in Miami. She also did a great job with reminding us of deadlines and sent us lanyards to use for our cruise as well as a folder full of info. Hawaii Cruise and Hotel
