I can't stay enough about our experience working with Kelly. We planned our trip on a bit of short notice and Kelly worked hard to make all of the pieces come together! Her attention to detail and expertise was top notch. She thought of things that never would have crossed our minds. I highly recommend working with her! Traveling oversees can be stressful, but Kelly took the stress out of it.

This was another amazing trip that Kelly helped plan and arrange for us! She helped us plan a a side trip before our Rivercuise to Arcachon, France. She found the perfect boutique hotel for us, in the perfect walking location to shops, beach and restaurants. She also made things so easy by arranging a driver to and from the airport and to our port for the Scenic Rivercruise. The Rivercruise is by for the way to travel! Nothing like sailing along the river to different ports, watching the beautiful scenery with a glass of wine in hand. If only Kelly could control the weather lol.. Thanks so much Kelly! You are truly the best! If you need to travel near or far, Kelly is there to help you plan the perfect trip for you! She listens and communicates so well! I have known Kelly for many years and was ecstatic when I found out she was going to use her travel expertise to help others. Since then, I have used her services and knowledge to travel domestically and internationally for amazing experiences. Kelly put together a fabulous itinerary for our South Africa trip. Every step of the way was carefully planned and coordinated - flights, lodging, transportation and varied incredible sights and safaris. It all went off without a hitch and far exceeded my expectations. I never thought I would be able to see so many animals up close in their own environment. Ntaba Safari group and all the guides and trackers were awesome and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this trip for anyone who loves nature and animals.

This is the second time we used Kelly to book a cruise on NCL. We did a transatlantic 16 day cruise with an extra day in Quebec City and London. My wife ended up getting sick and hospitalized in a remote part of Canada on the 3rd day of the trip. THANK GOODNESS FOR TRAVEL INSURANCE!!! The travel insurance covered the cost of her medical treatment on the ship, the hospital stay in Gaspé, and all the costs associated with meeting back up with the ship in St. John's. She helped me book hotels, flights, and rental cars so I could focus on my wife's health. Really exceptional service! We made it back to the ship and were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation.

Kelly at Charming Voyages was absolutely FANTASTIC! She helped my daughter and me plan the most wonderful customized trip to New Zealand! From the first time we inquired, up to the very last minute before we boarded our plane, she was always SO prompt to respond and we felt completely taken care of. Working with Kelly was wonderful. Having someone prepare us for being in a new country by offering suggestions and support on what to wear, where to go, what to bring, and how to get around made traveling so much less stressful and so much more fun! I felt completely prepared for this trip and don’t feel like I missed anything (both locals and other tourists confirmed that we made the absolute most of our trip by going to all the best places!). Having an itinerary made for us and having somebody else book everything in advance made it feel more like a vacation as things were paid for and set up by the time we got to New Zealand. I loved this trip so much and it was made all the more fun by working with Kelly.

We just returned from a 3-week land tour and transatlantic cruise that Kelly helped us book with Virgin Voyages. I am very savvy with booking my own travel HOWEVER, it always pays when I have Kelly look at things with me, book through her when we can, and get her extensive travel advice. I have referred her to many people and will continue to do so. She has excellent customer service and takes extra time with her clients. I will always use Kelly as my TA for my travel because when things go unexpectedly, she has support to help us that we don't have access to. Works well for us every time.

We had a memorable experience with Amawaterways coordinated by Kelly Henry. We loved the pre and post accommodations and the ship was beautiful. all the excursions, which were included, were interesting and educational. Kelly did a great job of answering any questions we had in a timely manner.

The most recent trip was magical. She coordinated the best cruise AND WEDDING for us on the Ruby Princess!! Captain Lewis did a great job, the wedding was perfect I cannot believe all we had for the price! We had a little hick-up at the airport with our transfer and Kelly made one phone call to fix it for us! Our excursions were a blast. It was such a pleasure working with her. I know I could have booked my own cruise but I cannot tell you how many extras she made sure we had to sweeten our wedding/vacation with a cherry on top.

This was our first family trip out of the country and I was nervous about everything! Kelly was a great hand holder and wealth of knowledge for me, giving me more travel confidence.
