After the holidays trip was much needed. and to spend New Years Eve on a Cruise ship was AWESOME. So much fun and activities.

This was our second trip booked with her—and our first Disney cruise—and I truly cannot imagine planning Disney travel any other way! She makes the entire process so easy, seamless, and completely stress-free. From start to finish, she handled every detail and expertly help us navigate all the Disney ins and outs to make sure we had the absolute best experience possible. Not only did she plan an incredible cruise for our family, but she already has our next Disney trip booked and in the works, which speaks volumes about how much we trust her. Alison booked our cruise on the Disney Treasure. The informative emails kept coming from the time we were first planning the trip to embarkment day to after the trip. She made sure we had all the information we needed a long with helpful tips. It’s such great customer service and helped us have a great cruise vacation.

Alison was so helpful in figuring out a lot of the unknowns of all-inclusive resorts. Couldn't have asked for better response times and kindness in walking through all my questions. She is fantastic!

Always a great experience to work with Alison! This time I switched it up & did a girls weekend! Also decided to do a dining plan which I'd never done before. Alison explained it all in awesome detail. The character dining with it was a no-brainer. Completely worth it! My friend & I experienced an issue at the airport- flight delay of 3 hoyrs AND luggage delay of over 2 hoyrs. We got to our resorts after 2 am but Alison called the resort to let them know we'd be checking in late. She always makes the trips run smooth!

Me and my 6 year old traveled to Disney World for Christmas. It was my daughter's first time going, and I haven't been since I was her age, so this was a new experience and adventure for both of us. Alison was just the best. No words can describe how wonderful she was to me. I had been talking and planning this trip with Mrs. Alison for a year and she was so kind and patient. I was able to call her whenever I just had a question in mind. When the time came Alison texted me from the time we made it to the airport to leave and made sure we got to Florida safely. Alison also did the same when it was time for us to return home. Alison is so wonderful and I just want to thank her for everything. Having a travel agent like Alison took the load off of me and I did not feel overwhelmed with anything, I just followed her instructions. I can't wait to work with her again. Just returned from a wonderful 12 nite Italy, Greece, Turkey cruise on Celebrity Edge we booked via Alison.

This cruise was canceled twice by Celebrity due to Covid restrictions. Through the (twice) re-booking process, Alison did all the work for us and answered all questions. She found and was able to apply fare discounts well after our re-booking as newer promotions were made briefly available. She kept us abreast of Covid testing requirements specific to our cruise and provided travel insurance options. She got us hotel options for our pre-cruise stay in Rome as well as transfer options needed to get us between the airport/hotel/ship/back to airport. She was a tremendous help in explaining and booking the myriad of dining options on this new class ship. She resolved some questions even during the cruise.

We now have 3 more cruises booked via Alison. Thank you for being part of our travel adventures and making our lives less stressful!
