Knowing what I know now about Viking and traveling in November, I probably would not have chosen a room with an outside balcony, as we rarely used it. Perhaps the lesser option was not available at the time, but we were not steered in that direction. There was a bit of a snafu with our credit card, but Amy was very fast to clear it up, so there were no repercussions Overall, I stand by my rating, and we had a wonderful time.

Amy was great to work with. We had many different scenarios of pricing we had her to as we were not positive how many people were going in our group. She was very patient and gave us several choices to choose from.
The overall trip was fabulous and we all had a good time. She had everything covered for us. We will definitely be getting with her for a next major vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful time away All the vouchers Amy sent worked out perfectly, except for the last one- Loved the hotel in Barcelona! The location on La Romblas was perfect, and the hotel was recently updated, modern and contemporary.
The train tickets to and from Rome worked fine, we didn't even have to print them out. Trains were FAST!!!
The hotel in Naples was in an amazing location- we were on the 5th floor facing the water and the view was gorgeous!!! I will send a photo of what we looked out on. The staff were nice but didn't understand our questions many times, and it was a bit formal overall, but the view was worth everything and we enjoyed our stay there.

Trully a wonderfull experience! I can and will say that Amy was always there when you needed to speak with her, very flexible which is a Plus, a Big Plus. Everything was spot on. The resort in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico was a great place. Immaculate grounds and the staff there at the resrort were Very nice. communication was not an issue, not because of my poor spanish, but there profesionalism and there communication... The rooms were way more than I had expected! seperate adjoining tv room that was open and led to a huge glass door with your own private deck,.It was perfect. The whole trip was perfect. from the shuttle to the airport the flight the return flights. extreamly impressed with how it all turned out; Amy will be handling my travel needs for sure! I feel like I made a great friend in the whole process, in that i feel comfortable and that communication is a mix of professionalism and Tourism and fun... We were total strangers when we walked in to her office. Amy was friendly and responsive to our request for information and before I knew it, we were booking a cruise with her. She really did her job with information and getting us the best deals available. The cruise was wonderful and when it is time to go on another cruise, Amy is our travel agent.

The Hotels that Amy found for us pre and post the RS trip were great. The Le Meridian in Munich was near the train station and walkable to old town.. very nice. The Sheraton Grand Salzburg was in a pleasant location, very nice, probably the nicest in the city. The East West in Geneva was a small deluxe hotel just around the corner from Lake Geneva, great location. The Rick Steves Alpine trip exceeded our expectations. Spectacular scenery.

I've worked with Amy for all my cruising and travel needs for almost a decade and she exceeds our expectations every time! For this trip specifically, we booked for my whole family which is a group of 16 people. Amy always went above and beyond to answer all my questions and one-off requests! My family had the idea to take a cruise around Japan and started talking to Amy. She was able to give us different options to help narrow down what we wanted to do. As new trip ideas would come to us she was able to make them work and added those in. Our 11 day cruise turned into a 17 day trip with pre and post cruise stays. We didn't expect to use a travel agent for our European river cruise, mainly because we just don't see much great customer service anymore. But Amy exceeded these expectations by far. How do I describe our experience with Amy! Let me count the ways!
I called Amy to help me plan our 50th wedding anniversary trip to Alaska. We haven't travelled very much, and this trip would include also our 5 sons and their wives...also not travellers. Amy had her work cut out for her!
We worked with her over a period of 1 1/2 years. Any time I had a question or concern, Amy was right there, quick to answer my calls/texts and always knew my name. I so appreciate her willingness to spend her time explaining the myriad details needing to be addressed. From Covid requirements and tests to flight difficulties and cruise ship details, Amy was just the person I needed. She made our trip just perfect for us! Can't thank her enough! Would I call Amy again? Absolutely!!

Amy was patient and listened to everything that I asked of her. I relied on her experience and input to fill in the blanks on my itinerary, as we knew of some of the places we wanted to visit, but weren’t sure of others. I couldn’t have been happier with her recommendations! She also got us upgrades and transportation in places that did not occur to me. Both were valuable and very much appreciated. The hotel upgrades in particular made us feel extremely special. People think they can get a better deal searching on their own, but they don’t realize how much value one can get out of a talented travel agent. Also, when you’re traveling out of the country, you have tons of questions. This agency, and Amy in particular, provided us with peace of mind as we traveled and the promise of a comfortable and relaxing trip. There is no question that I would work with them again, especially for all of our international travel.

This is the first time I have traveled without my parents there to hold my hand. It feels silly to admit as an adult that I was nervous to travel alone. Amy was very helpful. A few problems occurred, but nothing Amy could have foreseen or alleviated. Helicopter flight over Mendenhall Glacier was great. Cruise up the Tracy Arm Fjord and seeing the Sawyer Glacier was spectacular. Disappointed that I was unable to see the Butchart Gardens in its entirety due to knee problem and no electric scooter available to rent. All the trip itinerary, excursion information, tickets were taken care of.

My wife and I had never traveled out of the country before. We were very nervous about an assortment of things: plane flight times with relation to ship departure, planning out full days, etc. We were very happy with Amy's willingness to answer questions at any time, no matter how big or small.

Amy is a beyond amazing, pleasant, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic travel consultant! She truly understands that traveling and cruising, especially during the time of a pandemic can be tough so she is there for you every step of the way, even taking phone calls and answering my emails outside of business hours. Amy answered all of our questions and took care of all of our needs, and never failing to update us on any important changes to our trip/itenerary and coming up with solutions to resolve any issues. We had a wonderful cruise that Amy helped us book with RCCL and my boyfriend of 2 years even proposed on the trip!! If we'd known a bit more about the boat and the weather at that time of year, we probably would have made different decisions: we'd have forgone the balcony room and we'd have requested a room a little closer to the front of the boat.

We were well prepared for our travels and as the days went on during our trip I noticed more and more things she had mentioned all coming true. There were no crazy surprises and it was all a really smooth navigation before, during, and after our trip! The only thing that would have made it better is if she came with us on our cruise!! Amy was very helpful and patient with our trip planning even when we were unsure of our exact destination. She was there to answer our questions and Amy always replied to my emails quickly even when she did not immediately have the answer. One possible area of improvement would be in regards to Visa's. As part of the setup process when going to a foreign country, please provide the Visa application information upfront so it does not become a last minute headache. Overall my experience with Amy and Cruise and Travel Masters was awesome and I plan on using her services again if she can handle us for a second time.

I had to cancel a booked trip. I know this is was a pain for Amy but she was VERY understanding! She explained what was not under her direct control and then stuck with it, keeping me informed about what WERE things that she could influence in my favor. Amy definitely came through for me and made a bad situation as palatable as possible. I wish I could have gone on this vacation but I will be booking with Amy for a long time to come. Such a contrast from agents who refuse to step over a dime today not seeing the dollar tomorrow!! I just love the great emphasis Amy puts on her client (me)! and on her commitment to customer service ??????

She not only stayed in constant contact to make sure we were set for our first trip to Mexico (which we were nervous about) she made it more about our overall satisfaction than anything else. I'm excited for our next major trip and I'm not even going to plan an area I'm going to rely on her 100%

I enjoyed Amy's enthusiasm, professionalism, and eagerness to please. A couple of observations: 1. Sometimes it felt like I had to take the initiative on problem-solving, such as the travel schedule which Viking had neglected to send to Amy for approval. I was the one to suggest that she push back with them and request eliminating the Paris leg; she did so with positive results -- but it would have been better for her to have initiated this suggestion herself. Also, I had to keep checking with her re status of travel documents which were delayed and did not arrive until the week prior to departure. Again, it would have been more reassuring for me if she had taken the initiative to contact Viking and then me. I appreciated her responsiveness, but a more pro-active approach would have been helpful. 2. I requested a gluten free diet on the paperwork, but this apparently did not get communicated to Viking. Amy assured me that these cruises accommodated different diets, but Viking was unaware of my dietary needs until I said something after the first few days. 3. It would have been ideal if Amy had been on a Viking cruise, in terms of answering some questions I had; I realize of course that is an unrealistic expectation on my part! 4. Occasionally I felt that Amy was distracted by other obligations, often working from home without access to certain office information, sometimes resulting in delays of communicating information. Overall, however, she was always eager to respond to my emails/phone calls, and I greatly appreciated her positive manner.

We are so grateful we met Amy. Our cruise just kept expanding to better suites and added people and Amy just took care of everything seamlessly and with ease. Our cruise was everything we hoped it would be and everything Amy said it would be. We've used Amy on our last 2 trips to an Iberostar destination, the first one was a corporate event to Punta Cana and we had such a fabulous time we are going back with our kids next year.
