"Mike is absolutely amazing. Mike is focused solely on ensuring your 100% happiness. Mike got to know my family and our individual needs and crafted such a phenomenal experience for us that we couldn’t imagine not using him every time we go to Disney. What stands out the most are the little things he did that made our first time at Disney amazing. For example, a simple text the night before reminding us of what to prioritize for Lightning Lane and what not to, our dining reservations, and a friendly reminder how to focus on being present. He was always available to jump on a zoom call to answer any of our thousand questions. His deep expertise gave us such great insights that when I tell veteran Disney goers some of his tips, I got “huh, I didn’t know that!” pretty often. If you are going to Disney, Mike is the only one I would trust to plan it - frequent visitor or first timer or anyone in between!"

A trip of a lifetime in the Galapagos

I had the privilege of working with Mike as my travel agent for a trip to the Galapagos Islands on Celebrity Flora, and I'm beyond thrilled with the experience he provided. From day one, Mike's easygoing yet attentive approach made planning a breeze. He knew exactly how to make this a trip of a lifetime. His thoroughness in understanding my preferences, combined with his in-depth knowledge of the destination, ensured that every aspect of the journey was perfectly tailored.
The Galapagos was absolutely amazing. We encountered Giant Tortoises to playful Seals, land and sea iguanas, Blue-Footed Boobies and giant albatrosses. Each island is has stunning and varied landscapes around every corner.
Celebrity Flora was stunning and beautiful with the most exceptional and attentive staff.
Thanks to Mike, this is an adventure I'll cherish forever.

Beyond Our Expectations: From Beginning to End!

As the title suggests, we are so pleased with the service from Mike Plumton. As we were trying to plan our own bucket list trip to the Galapagos, we felt a bit overwhelmed. A close trusted friend suggested Mike. We were in good hands. He gave us options, shared his experiences and helped us pick the best choice for our main goal: Maximise our time to see the most wildlife possible. From first contact, payments, packing tips, prepping suggestions, pre-trip communications and even an after trip follow-up, Mike was always available. He often anticipated our questions and he made us feel comfortable. Although he was very professional, we also felt a kind sincere warmth. He encouraged us to say YES to as much as possible and we actually quoted him a few times on our trip. We can't name all the birds and wildlife we saw up close...too many! Thank you so much Mike. Both our time away AND working with Mike offered us an experience of ease! No hassle of having to find the flight or hotel ourselves and had the joy of being cared for from the jump - which felt like a vacation before the vacation to not have to worry about managing all the details. Where do I start.. I wanted to plan a birthday trip for my man to Bermuda! Mike is absolutely a great agent. He is very detailed oriented and customer service focused. He takes the time to understand our vision relating to our trip and then provides options and choices that he feels will best meet our needs. He has traveled extensively and leverages his experience and knowledge to ensure we select the best options. Once booked he is really on top of what is needed and maintains regular communications with us right up until we return. We have had to rebook a cruise to SEA twice due to covid and not only did Mike remain patient, he was just as positive and engaged the third booking as he was for the first. We worked with Mike twice - unfortunately our first trip was cancelled due to COVID.
I was intimidated by how complex a Disney trip now seems. Mike was patient with me and was also available to answer questions and explain. He is clear and goes the extra mile to provide all of the information that you need. He frequently checked into deals that we heard about and had several online meetings with us to go over the parks, the rides, the transportation, the hotel and the food. We felt completely prepared and because of this we had an amazing trip. You really wont find anyone better than Mike.
