Trudy took all our ideas and went above and beyond to make this surprise 75th birthday a true trip of a lifetime. Prior to Trudy coming to the rescue, my mom and I were floundering to pull it together without dad knowing...no easy task! We are so thankful for Trudy’s knowledge and personalized attention in pulling off this feat!

Trudy isn’t a 5star, she is a 10plus star, I have never even met this beautiful person and she helped me step by step get out of a bad situation in my travel adventure, first I was on a cruise ship in Florida and had a medical issue and had to be taking to hospital,the ship had left the port,and I was left all by myself,one of my friends I was with on ship called Trudy. Trudy called me at hospital and she arranged a hotel and taxi to hotel in the middle of the night when I was discharged.she also got me a flight from Orlando to Nassau in Bahamas and also did a travel visa to arrive in the Bahamas ,she was in contact with the ship and cruise line to make arrangements for me to reboard the ship in the Bahamas to be back to finish the cruise with my friends, she stayed in contact with me the whole way to get me where I needed to go. I am not good with on line stuff but she made it all happen .she is amazing and very positive attitude ,iam so grateful she was there for me

Trudy is amazing!! We decided quite late that we wanted to visit Scotland and had a window of time that we could travel in. Trudy was able to get us great information on tours and companies that were available during the time we could travel, within the budget we had set and including must see destinations for us. She is very organized and has amazing communication skills. With her help, we booked our vacation confidently and had the most amazing time! She took care of small details that I would not have thought about and we even received a lovely treat at the hotel we were at on our anniversary. She is so thoughtful! I also appreciated the detailed package that she created for us to take on the trip that included intineries, phone numbers and information we may need when travelling. I always knew I could contact her for anything I needed. We were very well cared for. I would highly recommend Trudy and look forward to the next time we work with her.

An amazing trip started with Porto, followed by a river cruise on the Douro, a visit to Madrid and then two additional weeks winding through Andalucía. Trudy was amazing as usual - she saved us a ton on the cruise/air combo and was so helpful with tips for a smooth adventure.

This was a friend's first reunion, three of us friends since elementary. In 2023 we decided we needed to do a trip together. We lived in two parts of the world, Westcoast of Canada and Western Australia and needed to find a midway destination. We decided on a cruise in Tahiti. Once we decided on the cruise and cruise line we asked Trudy to arrange the booking. Trudy has been an excellent Travel advisor throughout this whole process booking to answering all of our questions over the two years prior to the cruise. She always got answers for us from Windstar and always kept us informed right to the very minute we left for our trip. My trip was made more confusing due to a change in flight plans. I cannot say enough about how amazing Trudy is. She planned everything down to the last detail and everything went perfectly! This trip finally happened after 2 cancellations during Covid. Trudy looked after all the cancellations details for us and rebooked us on the Portugal Trip. This also included changing our Insurance with the trip . She made special arrangements for extra help at some of the airports.
