Luxury Ocean and River Cruising

Trudy took all our ideas and went above and beyond to make this surprise 75th birthday a true trip of a lifetime. Prior to Trudy coming to the rescue, my mom and I were floundering to pull it together without dad knowing...no easy task! We are so thankful for Trudy’s knowledge and personalized attention in pulling off this feat!

Excellent communication. Cruise had to be rebooked due to covid. Trudy was amazing in coordinating everything.

Trudy was a delight to deal with. Her attention to detail was outstanding. I require special accommodations and I was concerned about travelling overseas with my special requirements. Trudy ensured every step of my amazing trip was taken care of for me. She was able to alleviate any concerns I may have had. I will definitely be using her services again in the future.

Trudy isn’t a 5star, she is a 10plus star, I have never even met this beautiful person and she helped me step by step get out of a bad situation in my travel adventure, first I was on a cruise ship in Florida and had a medical issue and had to be taking to hospital, the ship had left the port, and I was left all by myself, one of my friends I was with on ship called Trudy. Trudy called me at hospital and she arranged a hotel and taxi to hotel in the middle of the night when I was discharged.she also got me a flight from Orlando to Nassau in Bahamas and also did a travel visa to arrive in the Bahamas ,she was in contact with the ship and cruise line to make arrangements for me to reboard the ship in the Bahamas to be back to finish the cruise with my friends, she stayed in contact with me the whole way to get me where I needed to go. I am not good with on line stuff but she made it all happen .she is amazing and very positive attitude ,iam so grateful she was there for me

Trudy thank you for sharing your travel knowledge while booking our trip. We had a blast on our vacation to New York and the cruise to the Bahamas. You made the booking process easy and we appreciate that you connected with us leading up to our travel date and again when we returned home.
Trudy went the extra mile at every stage of our vacation planning! She is friendly, upbeat and professional. We are so happy that we booked through Trudy, and not independently. While we were on vacation she supported us during a couple of unforeseen situations (illness and flight cancellations). She was able to resolve our situations with ease, and followed up with us after we returned home. We now, more than ever, understand the impact that a professional travel agent can have on a trip! We will most definitely connect with Trudy for future holiday travels; my family would recommend her service unreservedly.
Thank you Trudy!

Trudy provides First Class Professional Service to everyone. Her promptness, attention to detail and follow through is absolutely impeccable.

Very friendly and efficient

Trudy, with her can-do spirit, arranged an amazing multi-family vacation for us!

Wonderful accommodations and an outstanding experience

Trudy is amazing!! We decided quite late that we wanted to visit Scotland and had a window of time that we could travel in. Trudy was able to get us great information on tours and companies that were available during the time we could travel, within the budget we had set and including must see destinations for us. She is very organized and has amazing communication skills. With her help, we booked our vacation confidently and had the most amazing time! She took care of small details that I would not have thought about and we even received a lovely treat at the hotel we were at on our anniversary. She is so thoughtful! I also appreciated the detailed package that she created for us to take on the trip that included intineries, phone numbers and information we may need when travelling. I always knew I could contact her for anything I needed. We were very well cared for. I would highly recommend Trudy and look forward to the next time we work with her.

An amazing trip started with Porto, followed by a river cruise on the Douro, a visit to Madrid and then two additional weeks winding through Andalucía. Trudy was amazing as usual - she saved us a ton on the cruise/air combo and was so helpful with tips for a smooth adventure.

Trudy has been incredibly helpful in facilitating all our recent travels. Recently, we were on a cruise on the Crystal Symphony. We were surprised and delighted to find that Trudy was also on the ship, representing her travel group! She watched over us, and was an unbelievably great help. She made our trip a delight, as we celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary. She is absolutely the best!

The cruise was amazing. The wildlife and scenery were spectacular ! The ship and amenities were good. Trudy provided amazing and friendly service and I would highly recommend her!!

This was a friend's first reunion, three of us friends since elementary. In 2023 we decided we needed to do a trip together. We lived in two parts of the world, Westcoast of Canada and Western Australia and needed to find a midway destination. We decided on a cruise in Tahiti. Once we decided on the cruise and cruise line we asked Trudy to arrange the booking. Trudy has been an excellent Travel advisor throughout this whole process booking to answering all of our questions over the two years prior to the cruise. She always got answers for us from Windstar and always kept us informed right to the very minute we left for our trip. My trip was made more confusing due to a change in flight plans. She navigated with Windstar my new flight plans and because of her my trip to Tahiti and cruise went very smoothly. I look forward to arranging my next future trips with Trudy. One coming up in June 2025 and one more already in 2026. I highly recommend working with her. Trudy, thank you for all

I cannot say enough about how amazing Trudy is. She planned everything down to the last detail and everything went perfectly! She also kept track of us throughout the entire trip and continued to provide information until the last day of the trip. I have never worked with a travel agent before but she will be my go to person for all future trips! I cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Trudy!

This trip finally happened after 2 cancellations during Covid. Trudy looked after all the cancellations details for us and rebooked us on the Portugal Trip. This also included changing our Insurance with the trip . She made special arrangements for extra help at some of the airports.
It is a fabulous way to travel and the trip was very enjoyable ! Thanks Trudy for taking such good care of us. Also to Viking as it is our 4th trip with them and never disappoints.

Thank you, Trudy, for organizing an amazing trip for our family. It was indeed the trip of a lifetime and we are very grateful and appreciative of all the work you did to make it so magical.

As a family of five who have spent years travelling independently, booking things on our own and improvising when problems arose, we now see the incredible advantage a professional travel advisor can have on a trip. We could not have been more pleased with what you planned for us as we adventured to our final continent, Antarctica. You listened so well to our family’s wishes and were spot on with the choices and recommendations you made to us.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful memories we were able to make!

Trudy is an outstanding travel agent. She's a careful listener and excellent in taking your ideas and creating the most interesting and satisfying trip. Also covered every aspect and detail of the trip which made every enjoyable and hassle ree. FRom the itinerary to the details of the trip were handled professional and with care.

Trudy was AMAZING!! I am so excited that we found her, I look so forward to using her again! We have a family of 5 & would like to travel to some new destinations. Having chatted with Trudy about places we would like to visit, she gave some great ideas & options to think about. She herself is well travelled, so she can answer questions & give suggestions. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond expectations for us. She checked in with us during our trip to see how we were enjoying it and if we needed anything. She also surprised my husband & I with having arranged a romantic sunset dinner right on the beach. It was the most gorgeous evening & the food was fabulous. What an awesome experience! I would highly recommend using Trudy to help plan your next trip!

Trudy was a wealth of knowledge and if she didn’t already have the answer to our questions, she researched and got back to us quickly. Her pleasant nature and welcoming personality make me want to use her expertise again. Our trip to Hawaii was amazing in large part to Trudy!!

Trudi had so much knowledge about the excursions she recommended. She was very kind and thoughtful of our financial needs that she presented us with other options . She had an array of restaurants and hikes and tours to take that fit our lifestyle.

Coordinating travel to remote places in Canada can be very laborious.
Trudy can help make this task much easier.

Trudy was helpful and responsive throughout the planning stages of our vacation as well as during our amazing holiday. The accommodations, restaurants and excursions were all top notch. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and Trudy arranged many thoughtful touches at our various destinations that made the trip even more memorable. We have been raving about our vacation to everyone we know!

Trudy was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made our travel experience seamless and smooth. Additionally she found multiple things that we would not have been able to find without her!

Travelled to Italy with my mom and everything went so smoothly. We were taken care of and I can’t imagine doing it without her. Also went on an Alaska cruise with my family. Trudy took in consideration all our wants and needs. She was very knowledgeable and made things so easy. One of my favorite trips I’ve ever taken.

There are many factors involved with a “Five Star Rating”.
Efficiency, accuracy, and effort that attains results. Trudy Barber excels in all of these areas. Going above and beyond, Trudy’s travel service is meticulously researched, with the net result being a tailored, individual approach to this client in terms of special interests, comfort, ease, and maximum value for every expenditure. My only regret is that the survey is limited to a five star rating. Ten stars is the merit appropriate for Trudy Barber.

We felt very well taken care of from start to finish. Trudy really listened and understood what we wanted. She is thoughtful and knowledgeable. A true professional. We would highly recommend Trudy for any travel needs. We look forward to working with her again!

The location and quality of our accommodation was perfect, and our car rental seamless. Trudy was always available to answer questions and help when we needed it, and she is very professional. I highly recommend Trudy.
