My 16 year old daughter recently traveled to Europe through Shannon. It was her first time traveling internationally w/o me. Shannon thought of every detail regarding transportation, itineraries, etc, and all of the information was given to us clearly in hard copy with phone numbers, addresses, etc, so it made me feel more secure sending my daughter knowing that there were no details left unplanned. And then the unexpected happed..At the airport my daughter experienced a health issue that made her miss a connecting flight. This could've been any parent's worst nightmare, but Shannon was available to help us navigate this issue every step of the way! (and luckily we had purchased travel insurance through Shannon's referral!) I reached out to Shannon to help me plan a trip of a lifetime for my son. He graduated during Covid and missed so much. For his 21st birthday he wanted to go to Galaxy's Edge & Drink Around the World. Shannon put together everything & we absolutely loved it!! POP Century was awesome & the Skyliner was the way to go. We were able to get reservations at Ola's Cantina, my favorite, and Space 220, Hunter's favorite...both were Out of this World! We ate, drank, & laughed. Truly treasured memories!!
