Chantelle was by far the best travel agent we could have worked with to book our university graduation trip. From the very start she was very fast in getting back to us with recommendations that followed our budget. We had so many questions that Chantelle all handled very well. She is so knowledgable and if she did not know the answer to one of our questions she would reach out to others to find us an answer. She was especially helpful in helping us navigate a situation where one of us could not stay the entire length of the trip. We had the best time and appreciate all of Chantelle's help!

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Chantelle. Right from the get go she listened for my needs/requirements. As it was the busy season most destinations/accommodations were booked. I’m a Scuba Diver therefore that was a must. Given the parameters of which to work in, (I’m…. Specific/picky) haha, Chantelle was tenacious, always in touch, and dedicated to find a great “spot”. Paradise Hotel Honduras was perfect.

We have been working with Chantelle for almost a year now. She has been amazing. We didn’t know where we wanted to go and she helped us narrow it down to Punta Cana. When Sunwing cancelled all of their flights, Chantelle was great helping us get our money back and look at other options. We will definitely be using her again.
