Alison was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of our trip. She was patient with our big group never seemed bothered to answer and re-answer many of the same questions. Everything she planned for us ran smoothly. We had absolutely no complaints. She is great at what she does!

My 86 year old mother had always wanted to go visit the settting of her favorite childhood book, Anne of Green Gables on Prince Edward Island. When we decided to go, I immediately called Alison and she made EVERY SINGLE ARRANGEMENT for us; flights, hotels, theatre and car. She even wrote out a tentative daily schedule for us. This was incredibly helpful as my mom wanted to know what we were doing everyday. Even during the trip when we had a small issue, Alison was right on it and helped problem solve it for us. This trip was immensely low stress and one of the most memorable trips. My mom also commented on how much she trusted and appreciated the work Alison put into the planning. I would, and have, highly recommend Alison to any and all friends and family who have inquired about my travels. I plan to have Alison plan all of my future excursions!

Alison is super thorough and friendly, too! She is really quick to respond to questions and was always happy to provide new, updated options when our dates/destination changed. She found us an amazing deal! We loved the hotel and are glad she pointed out that bike rentals were included with the resort fee because we had a blast biking on the beach!

Alison helped our family book a bucket list trip to Japan. We visited Tokyo Disneyland, Osaka and Tokyo. She selected the perfect flights and the best hotels; we would use the same hotels again on a future trip, they were truly the best. I loved that we were able to get a seamless package including our air, hotels and transfers with trip insurance to cover us in case of an emergency and knowing Alison was just a phone call or text away if we needed her.

We had the last leg of our flight cancelled, and made the decision to rebook into a nearby city and planned to rent a car to drive home. All the car rentals were sold out, but a call to Alison saved the day- she was able to get us a rental with no notice and we made it home. After a long day, her help was invaluable. And in the pre-planning time before a trip her quick responses and expertise are SO helpful!

Alison is detail-oriented, which means everything... especially when traveling internationally. The clerk at the first hotel at which we stayed was thrilled by the amount of advance work Alison had done for our check-in because it made his job so much easier.

Our Amalfi Coast honeymoon, planned with The Happy Suitcase, was the easiest experience and most fun we’ve had on a vacation yet.
