always so helpful and patient and looks out for our interests in arranging trips. we have had her arrange several European cruises including air and extra nights and have never had a problem. She takes care of the little details and will contact the cruise lines and work with them while we are in her office on getting the cabins we want and the air flights that are convenient for us. She has always made sure all our questions are answered before we book anything. I would not work with any other agent as feel very comfortable with her recommendations and attention to all the details. It is so nice to work with someone so knowledgeable and not have to do any of it ourselves.

The cruise I’ll never forget!

My experience working with Sharon was enjoyable. She has been in the travel business for over 20 years, so she has a lot of experience. We took a Viking cruise and booked it with Sharon. She is very knowledgeable about cruising, especially river cruising. Sharon advised us to book our flight at the time we booked our cruise. We reserved the flight times we wanted and also our seat assignments at the same time. If we waited until closer to departure, the cruise would have put us on flights that were available at that time and they might not have been good times. Another advise she gave was to reserve the excursions ahead of time instead of waiting to reserve on board the ship, because the excursions can fill up. Good idea because the excursions were amazing!! We had a wonderful time! It was a cruise of a lifetime thanks to Sharon! I’d definitely book through Sharon again!
