I first came in contact with Jessica (Oct 2013) when I decided it was time to return to Walt Disney World (WDW). I called the agency I had done business with previously and their Disney expert was totally uninterested! Frustrated, I went to the yellow pages. Jessica was so kind and spent about an hour or so on the phone with me giving me airline fares, room rates, and park fees. She didn’t know if I would actually book or not but she took the time and made the effort to get me every piece of information I could possibly want.
Forward to 2015 when my son was getting married. Jessica told me that people could gift them through the agency to help pay the costs and she made sure they got special attention because they were on their honeymoon.
Their going to WDW got me wanting to return one last time. This trip was complicated. She could not have been kinder or more patient. I will certainly recommend her to anyone who needs travel help.
