We have had the good fortune and pleasure of taking several cruises. Each one has been booked and planned with the expert assistance of Laurie Capo. She is an avid cruiser herself therefore her knowledge and expertise beginning with the booking process, airfare, etc. straight through to disembarking from the ship and arriving home is invaluable. She does her research! Laurie is honest and straightforward about her personal experiences as well as sharing positive/negative feedback from others (without breaching confidentiality) so that she can assist in the decision-making process. She shares pros/cons regarding cruise lines, excursions offered, on-board restaurants and clubs, staterooms, destinations, etc.....she can even speak to such things as the weather, at any destination, at any given time of the year! Our personal experiences have been with cruising specifically however, having referred several friends to her, we have found that she is more than capable when it comes to any type of travel based on their feedback. I must admit that I have very high expectations for customer service in this industry and Laurie always exceeds them. You would do yourself a dis-service by using anyone else!

Laurie helped plan our cruise from beginning to end

We had eight people in our party, three adults and five kids. My sister and her family live in NJ and I live in FL, Laurie helped with airline tickets, transportation to the cruise terminal and gave us many options that enable us to pick out the best cruise ship and all the offshore excursions that has made for a memorable. We selected a seven day cruise and Laurie was able to recommend the best offshore excursions that were suitable for the everyone. The excursions included exploring the Mayan ruins, having a home cooked meal with locals, a trip to a local zoo, cave tubing, swimming with the dolphins and manatees, shopping and finally a day on the beach, swimming and snorkeling. When we returned to port we extended our vacation to include a few nights at a hotel on Miami Beach. Laurie selected the hotel for us, the hotel was right on the beach, with pool and was a perfect way to end our vacation. I would definitely recommend Laurie to friends and relatives to plan their next vacation. Laurie was very helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to planning all my future vacations with her. (Laurie is also very knowledge with regards to trip insurance). Bon voyage

My fiance and I knew we wanted to honeymoon in the Maldives and do a brief stayover in Dubai, but since it was such a big trip, and never having traveled to this area of the world before, and of course wanting everything to be perfect, we enlisted the help of Laurie, who was super knowledgeable and informative when it came to any questions or concerns we had. Once we told her what we were looking for and our budget, she went to work finding us the best options available, helping us sift through the many choices by comparing the various aspects of each resort, until we narrowed it down to our top choices. She also was able to find us the best deal on airfare as well! I am usually very comfortable booking my own trips, but with a vacation of this magnitude, I'm so glad we had Laurie to guide us in making the right decisions. It was clear she put a lot of time and effort into the research and had the answers to all of our questions, and wanted everything to be just right for us.
