Once again, Nicole has proven she is amazing at her craft. She will definitely come through on your family emergency needs. Nicole’s diligence and compassion were paramount as she was able to secure a last-minute flight for our brother to attend the funeral the next day. With all of the flight cancellations and no seats available, she was able to locate a non-stop flight at a moment's notice. She is the reason we are all together now, laying our loved one to rest. Thank you so much, Nicole. Looking forward to you booking all of our flights in the near future.
