We had such a great time on our Alaskan cruise! Every part of our trip was flawless from airport travel, hotels, cruise, and land tour! I would recommend Ramel again in a heartbeat.

We took the Princess Cruise/tour in Aug 2026. It was our first cruise. Ramel supplied us with cruise information from Princess Cruises so we could see where our cruisetour would take us and how long we would be in each part of the trip. The Grand Princess was a beautiful ship and our stateroom with a balcony was perfect for this cruise. The views from the balcony were always amazing, passing mountains and glaciers and watching for wildlife. The food was very good. There were great wildlife programs with wildlife specialists onboard and lots of fun trivia throughout the evenings. The ports were fairly easy to walk around and each one offered a different kind of Alaska character. The White Pass train ride was beautiful. The land tour portion with Princess was also great. The accommodations were very nice and well kept. We had the meal plan, which Ramel recommended, for the land portion. It gave us the chance to try all kinds of foods and we weren’t disappointed. Ramel had everything covered so we could thoroughly enjoy ourselves and be worry free. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process and answered any questions we had. The app she gave us had our itinerary, flights information, excursions and all the information we needed to keep us on track. She also emailed us timely information regarding passports and customs procedures in Canada because we embarked in Vancouver. We also received emails as the trip neared so we were completely ready to go. We highly recommend having Ramel and Pioneer Travel plan your next vacation!
