Marisel Aleman is simply the most exciting, helpful, caring, problem solving, travel agent we could have found. The day we walked into her office was our lucky day, not hers. Marisel goes over and beyond when planning a trip with you. She gives her all. She has never let us down. She also is the reason we would recommend to any, and everyone that it is much better to use a travel agent to plan a trip, than to do the arranging
ourselves. She does everything, simply everything, to make our trips the smoothest, and most pleasurable trip they can possibly be. From the moment we plan a trip with Marisel, to the day we get home, everything is taken care of. She fills out all paperwork! Do we like her? No, we love her! She is packed with personality, and makes one feel they are the only client she has. She is amazing. I’ve never known anyone who has worked so hard at their job, and made it seem like such a joy. She is simply a wonder-woman in the world of travel agents. Priceless!

Most Exciting Cruise Ever!

My husband and I would not change travel agents for anything. Marisel is wonderful.... knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient. I am a nervous traveler with many questions, Marisel never fails to take the time to answer my questions and put me at ease. Marisel is wonderful....can't say enough good things about her. The entire staff at Cruise Elite in Ormond Beach makes traveling a pleasure.

From dreams to reality

Marisel (and her crew at Cruise Elite) made my bucket list dream of going to Italy a reality this past May. My husband and I cruised from Barcelona to France and on to Florence and Rome where we had amazing private tour guides show us areas that everyday tourists don't get to see. Our trip was amazing and Marisel knew exactly what we wanted to achieve out of this once in a lifetime trip. She listens to you and is able to put together a vacation you will never forget. Marisel and her crew did an absolutely fabulous job organizing our trip from A to Z - airline arrangements, hotel reservations, driver transfers, multiple private tours, and cruise selection. They even created a handy custom itinerary that provided destinations, times, and costs for all daily activities. I cannot recommend Marisel enough - we told her what we wanted and the Cruise Elite Crew made it happen!

Best Travel Agent Ever

Marisel does it all with precision. She always gets us the cheapest fare on cruises. She advises on pre and post cruise, gets us transportation, city tours, the best located hotels. She is a font of very helpful information. Marisel is all in also in bad times such as my being medically disembarked requiring surgery far from home. She is experienced in navigating through travel insurance claims. Marisel truly does it all, over and above, a Rock Star. She has guided us across the globe and back home again.

Over the Top Alaska Vacation

At the beginning of our initial planning meeting with Marisel she asked "What is your idea of Your Perfect Alaska Vacation?" This began one of many discussions where Marisel LISTENED to our wants, timeframes & budget over many months of planning. With Covid Restrictions delaying our trip , she kept track of our initial deposits so we would not lose what we had paid, keeping us well informed until we were able to reschedule our trip. She coordinated "Our Perfect Alaska Trip" consisting of a Lindblad/Nat'l Geographic Cruise; Bicycling Tours; Sea Ride to a Wilderness Lodge Salmon Fishing; Helicopter to Glacier Tour; and Train Ride, all Adventures; Flights; Ground Transpiration; Hotels/Lodging was so well planned out all went smoothly Also, Marisel provided helpful hints on comfortable clothing & travel tips.

Marisel not only manages the work of quoting and looking for the best available offers, but she is detailed in working with you on booking and assisting with ideas on excursions and other items. She is great with coordinating for a single family, as well as multiple families and groups. Most recently Marisel was able to work with us and advocate on our behalf when an unusual situation took place, and plans were changed. She fought to help us with some of the challenges we faced, and came out successful in her efforts.
