We found Jess’ Travel online and frankly we were quite impressed! My family of nine were traveling to Maui, Hawaii to celebrate graduations and birthdays. We already had our flights and hotel accommodations made, but we really did not know what to do and see on Maui. From the start Jess put us at ease asking what we liked to do and if we had any preferences. We had grandchildren as young as six in our party up through our children, with my wife and me. Jess planned our daily itineraries, based upon my family’s input and preferences, with fun things to do, interesting places to visit, along with many beautiful places to see. She also recommended many restaurants to visit, including a luau, which everyone loved! We recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Spain, and we owe a huge thanks to Jess for making it all possible. From the very beginning, Jess was incredibly helpful, attentive, and detail-oriented. She handled every aspect of our trip – flights, hotels, dinners, and activities – with total professionalism and care. Our time in Madrid was amazing. The hotel she chose was in the perfect location, and every restaurant recommendation she gave us was spot-on. One of the absolute highlights of the trip was a wine tour in the Priorat region – something we never would have thought to do on our own. It was such a special experience, and perfectly planned. Jess assisted in planning a weekend retreat in a cabin outside Chattanooga, and it couldn’t have been more wonderful. This was just the three of us, me, my wife, and our toddler and she just knew what we were looking for. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and nestled in amongst trees, and we had a porch we could have coffee on in the mornings and watch our little one run around. Jess identified local spots that were excellent for families, such as a short hiking trail and a petting zoo with animals. We even got a break and could rest while our kid snoozed. None of that planning ever fell to me, Jess handled it all and got every detail spot-on. We arrived back at home feeling renewed.

Jess booked me on the Scarlet Lady out of Miami, and honestly, if she hadn't given me a little nudge, I probably wouldn't have gone. Cruises aren't usually my thing, but she put the whole trip together in a way that actually worked for me. She picked the right room, gave me a short list of activities to book ahead so I wouldn't miss out, and even suggested this Korean BBQ place on the ship where you grill right at the table. I never would've tried that on my own, but it ended up being one of the highlights. The whole trip went smooth because Jess really knows her stuff.

I cannot recommend Jess enough for anyone planning a trip to San Francisco. From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely excited to help us plan a trip that matched our style perfectly. We told her we were looking for a mix of iconic sights and more local, off-the-beaten-path experiences — and she absolutely delivered. She crafted a seamless 5-day itinerary that included everything from a private bike tour across the Golden Gate Bridge to a sunset sail in the Bay (which was hands down one of the highlights of the trip). Jess also recommended the most charming little coffee shops in North Beach, a speakeasy-style bar tucked away in an alley near Chinatown, and even secured us reservations at a Michelin-recommended seafood spot at Fisherman’s Wharf.
