Spice things up in Grenada
The Caribbean is one destination that Tricia Kohler can visit over and over. The beauty, the ocean, the people...it calls her name.
When my husband and I were planning our honeymoon, we knew that an all-inclusive, Caribbean resort was where we wanted to go. And we were pretty sold on the Sandals brand. The tough decision was St. Lucia vs. Antigua. Ultimately we chose Antigua and our love for the resorts and destinations grew!

Mexico vacation

Amazing Trip to St. Lucia

My family is just getting back from a week vacation at Coconut Bay resort in St. Lucia. We worked with Tricia Kohler to plan this trip (we've planned numerous international vacations with Tricia in the past and they've all been incredible) and from start to finish every detail was considered, the level of communication was top-notch, and my entire family felt confident that we were in good hands. Tricia made sure that we were kept abreast of flight changes, checked in with us often to make sure that at every stage of trip planning we were prepared (flagging passport expiration dates, the need to fill out immigration forms electronically, etc.) and was always available to answer questions and make tweaks to our itinerary. From providing certain details of what we are looking for, but not knowing exactly where we wanted to go, Tricia just knew what places/locations to send us. This was our third time back to Jamaica, and with the hurricane that just recently hit, we were worried our trip would be canceled. Amazing vacation in Italy!

We were invited to attend a wedding in southern Italy and decided to make an 11 night vacation out of it. Having never been to Europe we contacted Tricia to assist with the planning. We provided a general idea of the cities we wanted to visit and tours we were interested in. Tricia listened and provided a wonderful itinerary in short order. We then worked together to make some small adjustments and off we went…Milan, Florence, Rome, Lecce, Sorrento! The trip involved multiple flights, trains, hotels and transfers and all were aligned perfectly! There was one domestic flight cancelled with late notice in Italy, and Tricia responded quickly to help us come up with an alternative plan. One of the most impressive things about Tricia, is her quick response times when questions arise… and she does so with a very pleasant “that is what I’m here for” attitude. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend Tricia when planning a vacation! Ciao!

Since this was our first trip with Viking I didn’t know the questions to ask. I only had 2 negative things to say. I could have saved over $400.00 if I paid by check instead of credit card and second I told her I was vegetarian and that was not relayed to airline or ship. On a good note the Viking crew was unbelievable. Everything was on time and the Viking reps were easy to find. I do wish we had longer in each port because I felt rushed. I highly recommend for everyone to take a Viking cruise. You won’t regret it.

Tricia was absolutely amazing! It was our first time using her as our Travel Agent and we couldn't have been happier. We were not sure exactly where we wanted to go, and Tricia gave us plenty of options that included everything we were looking for. First big vacation with our daughter

Tricia is great! Very helpful and patient, especially when we can’t make up our minds about something or make changes at the last moment. And, given our apprehensions about traveling Internationally with our 3 year old daughter, Tricia put our minds at ease and set us up to have a great time. She makes sure we have everything we need and are full prepared once we get to the airport and our destination. I wouldn’t book another vacation without her.

Best Couples Trip (so far!)

I reached out to Tricia to get help planning a vacation for my husband and I. We told her we were looking for a calm, relaxing place and she provided just that. Our resort was clean, the food was great, and the other guests were just like us - there to relax! Tricia took care of all the details, knew what we needed to do to prepare. Tricia gave me plenty of choices after I gave her my vision and parameters for our trip, then booked the trip in a timely manner, including air travel, transportation from the airport, and resort. I am embarrassed to say I even reached out to her on Christmas day (we were leaving on 12/26) as we were having difficulty checking in with the airline (our fault, not Tricia's). She responded cheerfully and swiftly, which was so appreciated!

A trip to remember!

Our recent trip to Disney would not have been as memorable without the help of Tricia! She attended to every single detail and was very prompt with answering any questions about our trip before and during our stay. She gave great recommendations and was able to book all of our requests, such as Bibbidi Boppity Boutique, character meals and The Very Merry Christmas Party. Tricia made our experience in Disney so special, especially for our 7 year old daughter, and took all the stress out of planning! This is the second Disney trip Tricia planned for us, and I wouldn’t choose anyone else to help us with our vacations in the future-She is simple fantastic!
