Mexico vacation

It was absolutely wonderful! The whole trip was a smooth process, thanks to Tricia. The resort is the best we’ve been to, yet. We have used Tricia multiple times now for many of our vacations. From providing certain details of what we are looking for, but not knowing exactly where we wanted to go, Tricia just knew what places/locations to send us. She was patient & quick with responses with all of our questions. Tricia always makes sure to give us the best options, best prices/deals, and is honest (which is so important). This was our third time back to Jamaica, and with the hurricane that just recently hit, we were worried our trip would be canceled. Not only did Tricia keep us up to date during the entire hurricane, but she also provided us other options, different locations, etc. We were very anxious that we were cutting it short to make a decision but she made sure we were fine. When we made our decision to still go, Tricia changed our dates, our flight, and everything so we could still enjoy our trip. She was always available by email, text and phone if we needed her. We had the most amazing trip because of Tricia (as we always do)! Tricia takes all of the guesswork out of planning a vacation. We tell her exactly what we are looking for and she gives us a variety of options that fit what we want. She plans everything from stay, airfare, hotel transportation, special addons, etc. THEN, on top of it all, she helped my now fiance in planning the most beautiful proposal for me during our trip. Amazing vacation in Italy!

We were invited to attend a wedding in southern Italy and decided to make an 11 night vacation out of it. Having never been to Europe we contacted Tricia to assist with the planning. We provided a general idea of the cities we wanted to visit and tours we were interested in. Tricia listened and provided a wonderful itinerary in short order. We then worked together to make some small adjustments and off we went…Milan, Florence, Rome, Lecce, Sorrento! The trip involved multiple flights, trains, hotels and transfers and all were aligned perfectly! There was one domestic flight cancelled with late notice in Italy, and Tricia responded quickly to help us come up with an alternative plan. One of the most impressive things about Tricia, is her quick response times when questions arise… and she does so with a very pleasant “that is what I’m here for” attitude. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend Tricia when planning a vacation! Ciao!

Since this was our first trip with Viking I didn’t know the questions to ask. I only had 2 negative things to say. I could have saved over $400.00 if I paid by check instead of credit card and second I told her I was vegetarian and that was not relayed to airline or ship. On a good note the Viking crew was unbelievable. Everything was on time and the Viking reps were easy to find. I do wish we had longer in each port because I felt rushed. I highly recommend for everyone to take a Viking cruise. You won’t regret it.

This was my third trip booked through Tricia. Tricia is always friendly, thorough in her planning, and very responsive (she once sent me trip documents at 1 AM because the hard copies she sent were lost in the mail). She also always gets us the best room locations!
This time, she planned a vacation to Alaska for my entire family. We were able to sit back while she planned the logistics of a vacation for 6 people from 3 different locations. Tricia was absolutely amazing! It was our first time using her as our Travel Agent and we couldn't have been happier. We were not sure exactly where we wanted to go, and Tricia gave us plenty of options that included everything we were looking for. When we narrowed it down she shared her experience and knowledge and made sure we got everything for the best price. Up until the day we left she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Tricia even checked in while we were on our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. We've planned three vacations with Tricia so far and they’ve been our three best by far. We feel so lucky we found her! She knows all the best tips and tricks, and she’s so responsive that if we didn’t know better, we’d guess we’re her only client. On our most recent trip, Disney World had to make some changes to our itinerary. To make up for it, Disney threw in a lot of perks that worked out great for us, but they made the vacation package much more complex. First big vacation with our daughter

Tricia is great! Very helpful and patient, especially when we can’t make up our minds about something or make changes at the last moment. And, given our apprehensions about traveling Internationally with our 3 year old daughter, Tricia put our minds at ease and set us up to have a great time. She makes sure we have everything we need and are full prepared once we get to the airport and our destination. I wouldn’t book another vacation without her.

Best Couples Trip (so far!)

I reached out to Tricia to get help planning a vacation for my husband and I. We told her we were looking for a calm, relaxing place and she provided just that. Our resort was clean, the food was great, and the other guests were just like us - there to relax! Tricia took care of all the details, knew what we needed to do to prepare. Her guidance took away all the stress! She was there to answer all my questions. I feel very confident in Tricia - her suggestions & tips have always been great.

Tricia gave me plenty of choices after I gave her my vision and parameters for our trip, then booked the trip in a timely manner, including air travel, transportation from the airport, and resort. I am embarrassed to say I even reached out to her on Christmas day (we were leaving on 12/26) as we were having difficulty checking in with the airline (our fault, not Tricia's). She responded cheerfully and swiftly, which was so appreciated!

Our recent trip to Disney would not have been as memorable without the help of Tricia! She attended to every single detail and was very prompt with answering any questions about our trip before and during our stay. She gave great recommendations and was able to book all of our requests, such as Bibbidi Boppity Boutique, character meals and The Very Merry Christmas Party. Tricia made our experience in Disney so special, especially for our 7 year old daughter, and took all the stress out of planning! This is the second Disney trip Tricia planned for us, and I wouldn’t choose anyone else to help us with our vacations in the future-She is simple fantastic!
