I dabble in everything, but my specialty is Family Travel, from theme parks to tropical resorts. I also work with large families to bring multiple generations together. As a parent, I also understand the importance of rest and relaxation for mom and dad. I love to help couples find their own piece of paradise to recharge, too!
Growing up, Disney vacations were an annual thing for my family, and I’ve always loved offering advice on trip planning. I’ve always had a strong passion for traveling and, with a background in customer service, it seemed logical to blend the two into a job that I truly love.
I feel the most important quality in a travel planner is being a good listener. Through talking with you, I’m able to present options based on your wants and needs. I love working with clients to find the perfect solutions for everyone so that everyone traveling will enjoy their time together. Since 2014, my clients have counted on me to work tirelessly so they can go on their vacation worry-free.

If you are planning a trip, Tricia is who you should be talking to. She had been working with us for well over a year to plan a cruise for 22 people for my parents 50th Anniversary. From start to finish she was an invaluable resource. From planning, to offering advise, as well as fielding questions and concerns, she always came through!
Tricia was amazing in taking over the planning of our 15 person, 7 night stay in Disney World. She made all three of our Disney resort reservations, Fast Passes and dining reservations. We were on the Deluxe Dining Plan with character breakfasts and signature restaurant dinners for 15 every day, that was a LOT of reservations. We couldn't have done it without her. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give a solid 11.

Mexico vacation

Tricia was wonderful helping to book our getaway to Mexico. She handled the flights and even notified me when a flight was canceled and got us rebooked on the flight of our choice! Amazing Trip to St. Lucia

My family is just getting back from a week vacation at Coconut Bay resort in St. Lucia. We worked with Tricia Kohler to plan this trip (we've planned numerous international vacations with Tricia in the past and they've all been incredible) and from start to finish every detail was considered, the level of communication was top-notch, and my entire family felt confident that we were in good hands. We have used Tricia multiple times now for many of our vacations. From providing certain details of what we are looking for, but not knowing exactly where we wanted to go, Tricia just knew what places/locations to send us. She was patient & quick with responses with all of our questions. Tricia always makes sure to give us the best options, best prices/deals, and is honest (which is so important). This was our third time back to Jamaica, and with the hurricane that just recently hit, we were worried our trip would be canceled. Amazing vacation in Italy!

We were invited to attend a wedding in southern Italy and decided to make an 11 night vacation out of it. Having never been to Europe we contacted Tricia to assist with the planning. We provided a general idea of the cities we wanted to visit and tours we were interested in. Tricia listened and provided a wonderful itinerary in short order. We then worked together to make some small adjustments and off we went…Milan, Florence, Rome, Lecce, Sorrento! The trip involved multiple flights, trains, hotels and transfers and all were aligned perfectly! There was one domestic flight cancelled with late notice in Italy, and Tricia responded quickly to help us come up with an alternative plan. One of the most impressive things about Tricia, is her quick response times when questions arise… and she does so with a very pleasant “that is what I’m here for” attitude. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend Tricia when planning a vacation! Ciao!

Since this was our first trip with Viking I didn’t know the questions to ask. I only had 2 negative things to say. I could have saved over $400.00 if I paid by check instead of credit card and second I told her I was vegetarian and that was not relayed to airline or ship. On a good note the Viking crew was unbelievable. Everything was on time and the Viking reps were easy to find. I do wish we had longer in each port because I felt rushed. I highly recommend for everyone to take a Viking cruise. You won’t regret it.

Tricia was absolutely amazing! It was our first time using her as our Travel Agent and we couldn't have been happier. Tricia is great! Very helpful and patient, especially when we can’t make up our minds about something or make changes at the last moment. And, given our apprehensions about traveling Internationally with our 3 year old daughter, Tricia put our minds at ease and set us up to have a great time. She makes sure we have everything we need and are full prepared once we get to the airport and our destination. I wouldn’t book another vacation without her.

Best Couples Trip (so far!)

Tricia gave me plenty of choices after I gave her my vision and parameters for our trip, then booked the trip in a timely manner, including air travel, transportation from the airport, and resort. Our recent trip to Disney would not have been as memorable without the help of Tricia! She attended to every single detail and was very prompt with answering any questions about our trip before and during our stay. She gave great recommendations and was able to book all of our requests, such as Bibbidi Boppity Boutique, character meals and The Very Merry Christmas Party. Tricia made our experience in Disney so special, especially for our 7 year old daughter, and took all the stress out of planning!
