Best Travel Arrangements Ever

Before I retired, I always had admin assistants make reservations for business travel. I have in the past used a couple church organizations to make travel arrangements for church groups travel.

Since I retired, I have started driving for a few auto dealers and have also started delivering trucks to the east coast and surrounding states. I need to make hotel and/or flight reservations when delivering the trucks. Royalton Riviera Maya was amazing! The staff and the property itself. Excursions to Tulum and Chichen Itza were off the charts, and we owe it to Sharon. She provided a list of options well before we left for our trip. We challenged Sharon with new restrictions that none of us knew would happen prior to booking. New laws mandating covid tests for travel back into the U.S started while we were gone. Again Sharon rose to the occasion and navigated the process from hundreds of miles away! Sharon wants nothing short of perfection for anyone that is lucky enough to have her do your trip planning. Our trip to Atlanta was so seamless. This was before the pandemic struck. Sharon booked us into a fantastic hotel that she'd personally stayed in before. The Marriott Marquis was outstanding! And she was so well versed in everything that we wanted to do while there. The whale sharks at the Georgia Aquarium had our family speechless. World of Coca Cola was also a great experience. I wish we could've stayed a day or 2 longer! And as a result of our amazing experience working with Sharon, we have asked her to plan a bigger, longer, more extravagant trip for us to Mexico! Oh and she said yes :) so we will have another great story to tell soon!

Sharon has planned 2 fantastic trips to Disney/cruise for our large family. Sharon is always so quick with responses via phone and email, I’ve had plenty of quick questions for her and she has even responded into the evening hours. From transportation to our hotel check in’s, all was absolutely flawless, she gave us great detailed itinerary’s. She also helped us plan our fast passes at Disney and it would have been a disaster without her help. She even knew the order of rides through out the park, so we didn’t do any unnecessary walking.
