She responded quickly any time we needed to contact her, demonstrated a personal interest in and expertise with our destination (Walt Disney World), and made sure we were well informed with travel updates related to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as her best tips and tricks for navigating the parks. We had a great trip! Everything went smoothly, and we even got to meet up with the Straight Away team at WDW, who visited frequently to keep up with COVID-19 changes.

I have used Barb for both Disney and Cruises. She always goes above and beyond to ensure our vacation is perfect from pre-packing to un-packing. Every single detail was taken care of. It was so nice to just go on vacation and have everything taken care of. If you're going to book a cruise.....she will check prices all the time for you. I loved getting messages that said "Your cruise price went down?" It doesn't cost you anymore to have her do all the work so why wouldn't you give her a call?
