Let me introduce myself. My name is Melanie Hopkins, but most just call me, Mel. I have two college age sons, and a Civil Engineer husband.  I'm a self proclaimed food lover, traveler,  lover of new experiences, and nature. I love to hike, snorkel, and to run. I love seeing the world,and telling others about it. I am gluten free. I know the worries of traveling with an allergy. I run 5k's to stay healthy. I have been a professional  Travel planner for 5 years. Longer, if you count all the  family trips, I have planned. My favorite trip was our family Disney cruise in Europe. We went to Italy, France, Spain, and Monaco. We ate amazing food, like authentic pizza from Naples! Hiked up Mount Vesuvius, and saw Rome! I love helping others, plan trips to make those special memories.
