I once worked with a client who was planning a Universal Orlando trip as a special experience for a close friend who was very ill.Sadly, that friend passed away shortly before the trip.

Because the cancellation was right before their trip, the policy states that they would lose a portion of their payment. However, I contacted Universal on their behalf, explained the situation, and worked through the details with them.

In the end, I was able to have the trip fully refunded for my client. Moments like this go far beyond reservations or Express Pass strategy. They’re about having someone step in when you don’t have the energy to advocate for yourself.

Our family had never been to Walt Disney World before. Like most people, we weren't really sure what we were doing. So, we reached out for help. Catherine didn't make us feel silly for asking as many questions as we did. She helped us put together our trip and made sure we understood what we'd be doing once we got there. Catherine made our initial lightning lanes and showed us how we'd get more once we were there. To be honest, I was a little unsure I'd get the hang of it. But, her instructions were spot on. We would have never been able to put together this trip if it wasn't for her. So, thank you, from my entire family!

We had the best time Ever!
We had the best time EVER! Thank you for the recommendation on excursions! Everyone else paid extra for the suspension bridge. But since we didn't, we had a private tour guide. We left before everyone else, so we were able to get to the waterfall before everyone else. We had the entire area to ourselves, until the rest of the group arrived 20 min later. In fact, everywhere else we went, we had it to ourselves until the rest of the group finally showed up. We heard complaints from others about how crowded the areas were and they thought it would be more fun. But with your recommendation, we had entire areas to ourselves and a longer boat ride since we weren't going over the suspension bridge. Thank you! We had an absolute blast!

Catherine is THE BEST travel agent I've ever worked with. She's personable and always tried to get my group the best deal and experience possible. She listened to our needs as a group and applied that to every aspect of our trip. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and communicative! I think I asked hundreds of questions-- if she didn't know the answer (which was rare) then she researched and got back to me in a timely manner. She kept us updated and even gave us some tips and tricks for our upcoming trip without being spammy (that's huge for me.) When our trip fell through due to a death in our party, she was kind, patient, and understanding of everything. She did everything (and I mean everything) she could do to make sure we were able to get most (if not all) of our money back. We will definitely be coming back to her to plan all of our future trips! WE LOVE CATHERINE!
