Randa has always been the most caring travel agent. From getting stuck in Orlando because of a hurricane, to dealing with Covid related plan delays, she's always been on top of everything. Staying on the phone for hours to help me with the above mentioned situations. But she will also connect you with one of her fellow APOET agents when it's not something she's dealt with alot. She connected me with an agent for an Alaska and a Turks trip. She's always making sure her customers are taken care of.
